The service was impeccable, with standout staff like Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room was not only spacious but also maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, offering a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

CCameo19One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on.

RRicky piWhen you arrive, you have to check in at the lobby first, and then take the shuttle bus to the villa area, which takes about 3 minutes. It is very convenient. They also take the initiative to set up a group. You can make requests in the group, and the response is very fast. I like it. When you get to the villa, it is bigger and cleaner than I imagined. It is very comfortable and a very good experience. The children are very satisfied. The air conditioning is sufficient, so you don’t have to be afraid of hot weather. The breakfast is a bit ordinary, without any surprises, but it’s free, so it’s okay. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast. The room is also cleaned quickly, and different fruits and snacks are changed for you every day, which is considerate. The hotel is very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring, which saves a lot of time. It is recommended to stay here for two days and then move to the city. I will come again next time.
