After seeing all the positive reviews online, I chose this hotel for its ambiance, and my overall stay truly exceeded my expectations – a delightful surprise! **I. Room Experience: Quiet, Spacious, and Utmost Comfort** Right next to a forest park and a golf course, the hotel boasts a superb natural environment, creating a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the air conditioning is incredibly quiet. I slept soundly through the night without any noise disturbance, a sleep experience far superior to most luxury hotels. The 70-square-meter room is remarkably spacious with high ceilings, far exceeding the standard room size of five-star hotels. The 2.2-meter king-size bed is soft and comfortable, offering plenty of room to stretch out, making it perfect for families without feeling cramped. The overall decor is high-quality, with warm and elegant color schemes. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery. Having a private courtyard allows for a peaceful moment of tea-drinking and quiet contemplation, with a gentle breeze rustling – a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I woke up early to cycle along the greenway; the sight of endless greenery was incredibly therapeutic. For golfers, there are even golf carts providing convenient pick-up and drop-off. **VI. Overall Experience** From the garden environment, room comfort, and attentive service to the delicious dining and abundant outdoor recreational facilities, Fengyeyuan Hotel truly stands out. It's a rare gem in Beijing – a garden hotel treasure within the city. Highly recommended!

Service: The two staff members were gentle and polite, offering a soft and meticulous service. You could tell they genuinely liked their own hotel, as their service had a 'family-like' touch. Their perfectly pitched enthusiasm was much better than that super expensive hotel in Qianmen that's been getting a lot of buzz lately. I personally love this kind of service that conveys positive emotions, rather than just obedience from training, so I consider it the best in Beijing. Facilities: Satisfactory. Ambiance: Very quiet, with a hint of earthy fragrance. The absence of main lights really aids sleep. It’s quite suitable whether you're traveling alone or as a couple. Mutianyu Great Wall Tickets & Shuttle Bus: Thanks to the staff for the pick-up and drop-off. Also, the facilities at Mutianyu Great Wall are excellent, with a night tour option + cable car, which is great for those who dislike heat or getting tired. Welcome Fruit: Fresh, replenished promptly. Restaurants: Both the Chinese and Western restaurants are good. In the former, the lamb and dishes were fresh, and the sesame paste was rich. In the latter, the beef had a good fat distribution, was juicy, and not greasy. The cooking temperature and ingredients for all dishes were excellent. The restaurant staff service was also great; when it's busy, you can leave your number and go back to your room to rest. Late-night snack: Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. You could tell the meat sauce wasn't pre-made, showing a lot of care. Thank you~

I brought my mom and baby to Beijing, and after a long search, I finally chose this cultural hotel tucked away in a hutong. The hotel's design perfectly blends the charm of old Beijing hutongs with modern elegance. The courtyard is peaceful, with light and shadow playing on the grey bricks and greenery, creating a wonderful ambiance. Every photo you take here turns out beautifully. Its location, a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, is incredibly comfortable. It's not as noisy as street-side hotels, and it was lovely to stroll and relax in the courtyard with my child. It allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local Beijing life while enjoying a clean and comfortable stay. We booked a twin room, which was spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and both my mother and child slept very well during our multi-day stay. The attention to cleanliness was excellent. The best part was definitely the location! It's very close to Dongsi Subway Station, and we could easily walk to popular spots like the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, and the National Art Museum of China. This was a huge plus as we didn't have to bother with taxis or transfers with a baby; we could just take leisurely walks to the attractions, which was perfect for family city walks. The surrounding area is also very well-equipped with restaurants, cafes, and fresh produce stores. Getting fresh fruit or snacks for the baby was easy, and we never had to worry about meals. It saved us so much hassle when traveling with a child. I also have to commend the service. Check-in and check-out were both quick. The front desk even provided free breakfast vouchers, saving us the trouble of finding breakfast with a baby early in the morning. Any issues we had were addressed very promptly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. They even proactively offered a helping hand when they saw us with an elderly person and a child, showing warmth in every detail. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations. The environment, location, and service were all top-notch. It's truly a perfect place to stay when visiting Beijing with a baby and an elderly person. I will definitely prioritize this hotel for future visits!

My kids had a sudden urge to experience a hutong, so I searched on Ctrip and found this place. As soon as we pushed open the courtyard gate, we were captivated! It’s a typical Beijing quadrangle courtyard with grey bricks, dark tiles, and lush greenery. During the day, the sunlight streams into the courtyard, and at night, the glowing lanterns create a wonderful ambiance. The room was even more surprising; it maintained traditional Chinese elements but felt very new and clean. The bedding was comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design was excellent. The most unexpected part was the shower pressure! I was worried about having a weak shower before coming, but the water here was strong and steady. The amenities exceeded expectations: the air conditioning was powerful, the Wi-Fi was super fast, and all the bathroom fixtures were from good brands (though I don't know much about them, they worked perfectly). The two cats in the courtyard were the highlight! They are adorable little Scottish Folds, plump and lazy, just sunbathing and happy to be petted. If I get the chance to come back, I'll definitely bring them some treats. Oh, and the mini-fridge in the room is complimentary, and the handmade wontons were delicious! Highly recommend!!!

The PuXuan Hotel and Spa, is definitely ONE OF A KIND. It is truly a luxurious experience. We experienced several aspects of the hotel: room service, laundry, spa, and even special requests. Our journey started when we arrived to the hotel at 8am. The staff welcomed us warmly and offered tot ake care of our luggage while we explored Beijing and came back to do the proper check-in. We stayed at the parking lobby for a while, and they never tried to push us out. (In other hotels they do). Once we checked in, everything just kept improving. The rooms is simply magnificent, a “smart room” but in a really SMART. No over complicated controls, everything was user-friendly. I want to highlight the design of the room, and specially THE BATHROOM. I loved the sower, everything was clean and offered a great shower experience. Then the HOTEL SERVICES MY GOD, kudos to the all of the staff. We ordered room service and the menu was INCREDIBLE. We are from Mexico and they had Quesadillas, and a great wagyu burger! The service was quick and the food was delicious. The Creme Brulee was my favorite. We also request some laundry and MY GOD the quality of it. My linen shirt came back AS GOOD AS NEW, honestly. No single crease. About the hotel SPA, it was a truly magical experience. I reserved a traditional Chinese Medicine massage and the service was great. Although, from what I’ve experienced in other hotel spas, the price for me was a little bit off, despite the ambiance and the quality of the room. One note is that the robe felt old, it had some loose threads (and I mean I know this is is a small detail, but with everything else being just perfect, it just felt out of place to be honest). Now, the cherry on top WAS THEY NOTICED MY BIRTHDAY. Like, even i had forgotten it! Honestly! They went above and beyond to make this a truly special occasion for me! I was really touched by this present. With the overall experience I was really motivated to comeback to the PuXuan but with this small but significant detail I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP COMING BACK. Needless to say the food, the breakfast, the overall quality of the place is spectacular. Yes, maybe it can feel too modern at times, but you can feel the Chinese hospitality and details through the hotel. The hotel manager was kind enough to wave us goodbye at the checkout (and I loved her shoes by the way, she was so stylish). My stay at the頤和園賓館 (Summer Palace Hotel) was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Summer Palace with a private entrance, so you can avoid the crowds and enjoy the peaceful scenery of the gardens early in the morning. The hotel itself is designed in a traditional Chinese courtyard (siheyuan) style, with an antique charm and a serene, quiet courtyard – truly an oasis of calm in the midst of everything. The room decor was elegant and full of historical character. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. We received complimentary delicate pastries and fruit upon arrival, a lovely touch showing great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly gentle, attentive, and polite, responding quickly to any requests. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with authentic old Beijing specialty snacks. Overall, the privacy is excellent, and the environment is refined and elegant. If you're visiting the Summer Palace, you absolutely won't be disappointed by this hotel. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Half the joy of my trip to Beijing came from this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic, so close to all the attractions. The ambiance in the hutong is incredibly comfortable, making me feel instantly integrated into the old Beijing lifestyle. Most importantly, the stay itself was superb; I slept really well, the bedding was high-quality, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel's decor was even more amazing – it really reminded me of the ACE hotels we stayed at in Sydney and New York, with top-notch design and decor quality.

This was a wonderful stay, starting with the warm and attentive guidance and service from Yanqi Hotel's butler, Shirley. The hotel's unique garden environment is a rare and private luxury in Beijing. Another highlight was the spacious and spotless room, with captivating lakeside views from outside the suite. Strolling through the grounds, you can see the harmonious coexistence of nature and culture everywhere. At the end of our trip, butler Shirley was already waiting in the lobby, and the concierge rushed over from afar to help with our luggage. Smiles, greenery, tranquility, comfort, stunning views, and personalized service are the keywords that come to mind for this hotel. One even deeper impression I have is that every staff member I interacted with or observed, genuinely loved their hotel. Even the servers in the breakfast restaurant could enthusiastically tell guests all about the hotel, as if recounting their own treasured possessions. It was clear this wasn't just trained rhetoric, but a genuine joy and pride from the heart.

The hotel boasts an elegant environment, making you feel like you have an entire mountain to yourself. Built into the hillside, the two-bedroom suite we booked this time was located mid-mountain. The hotel community has complete facilities, and the main entrance is fenced off with a gate, so the security is reassuring and makes you feel very safe. The shuttle service uses Voyah commercial vans, which are super comfortable! The staff helped with our luggage, which was very thoughtful and attentive. It's about 10 kilometers from Badaling Great Wall, and Shuiguan Great Wall is nearby and not crowded. Juyongguan Great Wall is also conveniently located on the way to Beijing South Station, so we stopped by, making our trip even more rich and fulfilling.

I chose Nuo Hotel for my birthday this year, and I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk wished me a happy birthday during check-in. They upgraded me to an executive floor, which was beautifully decorated with a great ambiance, and the view from the window was also lovely. I drove here this time, and at checkout, I wasn't proactively informed about parking fee waivers or anything similar. So, I had to go down to the garage and then come back to the front desk to inquire.
