"Excellent location. The best thing about this hotel is the service! The girls we’ve encountered manning the front desk (at all times of the day & night, I might add) were so friendly & helpful. They always had a smile & they’re so thoughtful.
We had a wonderful time, made even better in no small part by the wonderful staff at Ufia. Over & above their work duties, they recommended yummy restaurants to us & even helped us speak to a travel agent we had booked a day trip with.
They were always smiling, polite & so very helpful."

The location of the hotel building right next to the exit of MRT number 1, only need for 10 steps has arrived at the entrance, until the entrance only needs to take the elevator number 8 or 9 to the 29th floor and arrive at the hotel location. The hotel is also not far from the tourist location of Jiefangpai. It only takes 200 meters to walk and has arrived, below and across the hotel there is also a mall. if it rains can not play outside, but still can play in the mall because it is close. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and has a vintage modern design. the view from outside the window is also very good, with a view of the river. The hotel owner's service was very friendly and very helpful.

Really nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. An excellent room service was provided and the buffet breakfast was a real delight. I had afternoon tea meal at the LEVEL during my last stay and the food and drinks choices were quite varied and delightful! Highly recommend!

Best hotel I have stayed in Chongqing! It is located on top of the IFS mall, and it is connected to the rail system in Chongqing. There is also takeaway lockers at the ground floor where you can pick up your takeaways. The hospitality was outstanding; the housekeeping was always on top of their cleaning, and virtual butler was always so responsive to our requests. Here I would love to give massive shoutouts to the butler in charge of us (Cammy) for helping us with the takeaways orders, and our housekeeper (Lia 李双建）for taking care us and keeping our room clean everyday.

Amazing front desk staff. One of the employees event went outside with us to make sure we got the correct didi and make sure the driver understood our destination. When we arrived we were informed our room had no window and they updated it to a room with a window. The room was super spacious, clean and very confortable bed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will come back if I have to visit the town again. The didn’t try the breakfast but the restaurant area was beautiful with a great view and stylish design. 10/10 !!

I spent the weekend at a hotel located along the Nanshan Road riverside, one of Chongqing's liveliest areas, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and malls. Yet, despite being in such a bustling location, this hotel was surprisingly quiet. The room itself was minimally decorated, with only the essentials. But every single item was perfectly chosen: a Dyson hairdryer, a King Koil mattress, a Marshall speaker, and 24-hour butler service. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered prime river views, and by chance, it was a Saturday with a drone show. It wasn't about the hotel telling you, 'We gave you a lot,' but rather, 'We understand what you need.' Sitting in my room, a thought suddenly struck me: The impact of our environment is far greater than we realize. When you're in a noisy place, your brain is constantly in 'defense mode'—always ready to react to sudden noises, disturbances, or stimuli. In this state, deep thinking is impossible; you can only react instinctively. But in a quiet environment, your brain can switch to 'thinking mode'—allowing you to ponder things you might not normally grasp. This is why we often have epiphanies while traveling. Away from our usual work environment, our brains can finally relax from constant 'defense mode.' Later that evening, I went downstairs to their newly opened Drift (a cafe by day, bar by night) and ordered a whiskey. Sitting on the 270-degree panoramic river-view terrace, I had an unobstructed view of the drone show. Coincidentally, the Chinese national team had just made it to the Asian Cup final, so there was even a football theme. People chatted softly nearby. The waitress quietly came over to ask if I wanted more ice. The feeling of peaceful tranquility amidst the hustle truly hit me then.

Best hotel for this China Trip so far. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. We got a spacious, clean and quiet room. The design and setup of the bathroom made more sense compared to other hotels. This hotel has a laundry room with three sets of easy to operate washer/dryer. Good location, right next to a mall with some very good noodles and egg custards. Worth mentioning is that A/C temperature can be set lower (all hotel comforters were too thick and hot but some hotel A/C couldn't be set to the desired temperature).
