WWosiguwozaiKittyI brought my mother to stay here on Chinese New Year's Eve. The room had an amazing view, perfect for watching the dazzling fireworks on the second day of the ***** New Year. The Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal was right there, giving off strong Hong Kong movie vibes. We had all our meals at the hotel; the breakfast buffet was rich and varied, the afternoon tea desserts were exquisite and refined, and dinner was delicate and flavorful. Coinciding with the ***** New Year, there was a lively and festive lion dance performance on the first day, and we even met the God of Wealth distributing red envelopes in the restaurant. The New Year atmosphere was incredibly strong, and my mother was delighted. We also made a special trip to the 24th floor to quietly remember Leslie Cheung and pay tribute to a legendary era. This classic hotel is elegant and thoughtful, with meticulous and attentive service throughout, making our entire stay comfortable and unforgettable.

EExplorer2023It is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong I have visited. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Everything is down to the details. The room is big with a huge bathtub. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was great. Highly recommended.

XXiatiandefengnuannuanchuanguoA rather stylish boutique hotel. The 'lobby' and front desk on the ground floor were designed to be incredibly discreet, so much so that when I first arrived, I wondered if I'd come to the wrong place. However, stepping inside, I discovered a hidden gem. The architectural space is visually striking and full of design flair. The guest rooms are presented in a Japanese style, with minimalist and understated decor. The layout is ingenious and well-thought-out, and the entire room is well-maintained, showing no signs of age. The bathroom amenity kit thoughtfully included lip balm and a small makeup mirror, showing a better understanding of female guests' needs than even the Rosewood Hong Kong. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Regarding service, the staff were warm and attentive, but there are two areas for improvement: firstly, if they could offer a glass of water or a drink to guests waiting to check in, it would be a more considerate touch; secondly, for turn-down service, if they could proactively remove the paper seal from the slippers instead of just placing them by the bed, the experience would be even more refined.

GGuest UserTraveling with a young child was a breeze thanks to the hotel's fantastic views, prime location, and excellent service. They had all the baby essentials ready, and even brought our food delivery straight to the room. Anything we needed was just a phone call away and promptly arranged. Plus, K11 Musea mall and the Avenue of Stars are right downstairs!

GGuest UserI’ve resided in this hotel many many times, it’s hitherto the best place to have a rest and restore energy here. Needless to say, the customer service is fabulous on account of its flexibility, as well as the easy accessibility, high working efficiency, courtesy and friendliness of their staff members regardless of the front desk, the phone staff, or the housekeeping staff. So elegant and modern is the interior design of the hotel room that an eerie feeling would not be bestowed to residents. The room has always been so spotless, pristine and immaculate. I’m able to enjoy the psychological serenity while lying on the bed, in order that I can restore ataraxia that lasts.

CCaron-117Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and the room amenities are high-end and luxurious, which is great. Cleanliness: The hygiene was good. Environment: Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with K11 downstairs and a view of Victoria Harbour from the room. The environment is beautiful. Service: The service attitude was very good. They even gave complimentary chocolates and red wine for New Year's Eve, which made the service feel very thoughtful and attentive. Responses were also quite prompt.

GGuest UserThe staff at W Hotel really left a great impression on me. Everyone I encountered, whether in the restaurant, with the concierge, or just passing by, was always smiling, greeted me warmly, and even helped me with the elevator. Even if there was a language barrier, I could genuinely feel their dedication to the guests. And I can't talk about the W Hotel without mentioning its incredibly convenient location. Not only is there a direct connection from Elements Mall to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, but getting to the airport is also extremely easy.

CCapybara PuppyThe rooms are really large by hk standards. Facilities are well maintained and very clean. It has also great views of the southern part of the Hk island. Indeed, everything about the hotel is very good. The hotel however, is right smack in an industrial location and is about a good 7-8 minutes walk to the mtr.

GGuest UserI booked a regular room but upon arrival, they informed me they only have a handicapped room for me. Although not particular and respect facilities for guests less fortunate than me, I didn't expect they didn't even put aside a regular room for me since my room was non-refundable and money already collected. The hotel's staff did not offer any special concessions to me except a silent ”too bad, the rooms are sold out and you're getting what we have left” !!! The photos show the wah basin near the floor which I have to squat to wash my face or brush my teeth. Also the shower cubicle is not curbed and on the same level as the floor which water will flow out on the floor before getting drained.

GGuest UserThe location is good; the hotel is very close to Wanchai MTR station, and the surrounding area is lively. The room isn't huge, but it's sufficient. The layout is a bit odd; for example, the bathroom is very narrow, and the showerhead faces directly towards the door, making it easy for water to spill out. The breakfast is very basic, which explains the low price. There's a nice coffee shop across the street. The staff were quite prompt. We even experienced a fire alarm during checkout; the fire department arrived quickly, but it seemed to be a false alarm.
