It feels like I haven't been away from work and completely relaxed for a long time. However, there may be too many trees by the swimming pool, and sometimes a few leaves will float down in the swimming pool. But you can often see the staff using a large scoop net to clean up these fallen leaves. Service: The service is also in place. From check-in to check-out, there are housekeepers to help book tickets and make travel plans. Breakfast: This is highly recommended. There is Spanish ham, which tastes salty, fragrant and sweet. Every detail subtly tells ancient tales of the rainforest and Dai villages 📖. Opening the window, the night view of the Lancang River unfolded before me. The evening breeze on my face gave me the illusion of being on an Indonesian island. The perfect fusion of rainforest 🌴, Dai architecture, and Southeast Asian culture immerses you in the unique charm of Xishuangbanna the moment you arrive. The interior design is tranquil and comfortable, instantly letting you shed your travel fatigue and sink into the ease of a vacation ⛱️. The hotel at night is even more dreamlike. The afterglow of the sunset shimmered on the pool, and the infinity pool, bathed in a mysterious nocturnal blue, blended with the Lancang River's nightscape under a starry sky. It was truly breathtaking. The experience was truly top-notch, with the serene tranquility of the Lancang River on one side and the bustling nightlife on the other – like being immersed in a romantic art exhibition.

Well, I came back for two days before I remembered to write a comment. At that time, I chose Xishuangbanna to choose the famous hotel at will. I chose this one in Sheraton and this one. The requirements for the hotel have always been the most important thing, and the fact is finally selected. After booking, the housekeeper added WeChat. After the airport arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper took it to the room and introduced the public area. The room was clean and tidy. I had a high requirement for the toilet, but it was also very clean. The balcony view is very good. The moment the curtains are opened every day, the mood is calm. The butler service is good. He took the initiative to help a lot. The breakfast has a menu in advance. The matching is also very good. The main thing is to have breakfast. When looking at the outside scenery, start a beautiful day. What is the most satisfying thing? I have stayed in many hotels. His bedding quilt is very suitable for me. I don’t know how other people perceive it. I slept for 3 nights. Although I slept late, I slept very comfortably during the process. I won’t wake up because the quilt is too cold and too hot. This is a plus. To say something insufficient, I think there is a lack of a full-length mirror, hahahaha, although multiple mirrors may not match the overall design concept, but I did find it at the beginning. The most satisfying thing about this trip is this hotel. If you come back next time, you will continue to stay.

Not only is she professional, but Ms. LinLin is incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. As a woman traveling alone to Bana for the first time for a short weekend trip, I was a bit intimidated. She not only helpfully advised me and offered a plan but gave me the freedom to adjust as needed and add my own favorites. More importantly, traveling with her I felt extremely safe and at ease. If you are ever in the area and are able to request a driver or guide around the city, please request her. The staff themselves are all so, so kind and accommodating. There were issues with my flight, and my arrival date was pushed back. They did all they could to make this as painless a process for me as possible, making a frustrating situation less so. Thanks to the combined efforts of the hotel and trip.com, I did not suffer any losses on this trip. I am beyond grateful as many of my fellow passengers were not so fortunate. Any questions I had were promptly and patiently answered, which I greatly appreciate as a foreign guest. HOTEL REVIEW: The hotel itself is well situated, facing both the mountains and the rivers. The room was clean, the amenities left nothing lacking. My favorite part was probably the pool which is open late. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the lovely night view of the river and bridge after walking around the nearby Night Market (another must-see place). The water is not deep, less than 2 meters, I think, and is safe for children and non-swimmers. I chose a room with its own pool in which one could relax before bed or early in the morning as the fog rolls in over the mountains. I only ate the breakfast, and the options were generous, a mix of Chinese and Western fare. TLDR: I highly recommend this hotel for a location, comfort, convenience, and amazing customer service and care. If you have a chance to visit the pool at night, the view is great! It is a great option for solo travelers, couples, and children. If possible, I suggest hiring one of their drivers as a personal driver/guide. Request 淋淋! You won’t regret it. ✨️✨️

This villa was decorated by the boss at first glance, which is very in line with the aesthetics of young people. There are a lot of entertainment facilities in the villa. After visiting the attractions at night, you can sing and play mahjong in the villa. The experience is really good!

I regretted not booking this hotel sooner; I only booked it on my last day. The hotel staff were incredibly service-minded, and the photo spots were beautiful. There were so many people at the attractions in Xishuangbanna, so it was really comfortable to relax at the hotel. On our last day, while we were relaxing in the common area, they even noticed we'd finished our drinks and proactively offered us more! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. It was also much quieter at night than I expected. During the National Day holiday, we even got to enjoy a fireworks display right from our balcony – what a treat! The service was incredibly thoughtful. After staying for 3 days, I felt every day that choosing this hotel was the right decision.

Staying at this great value hotel in the Gaozhuang area of ​​Xishuangbanna made my trip much more comfortable. During the off-season, the price is less than 300 yuan per night. The overall environment is designer-style, full of artistic atmosphere; every photo I took looked like a masterpiece. Before check-in, a butler will contact me to see if I need airport/train station pick-up. The room is large and clean, with a separate shower and toilet, and comfortable bedding. The minibar in the refrigerator is also complimentary. Most importantly, the room is very quiet, making it excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
