GGuest UserThe hotel was truly excellent. Upon arrival, the staff immediately assisted with our luggage and thoroughly introduced the room. Complimentary drinks were available at the cafe, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. The cafe also offered a lovely view, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always happy to help arrange taxis for trips to the Old Town. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn't have high expectations for the complimentary travel photoshoot, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. Overall, a truly perfect experience. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever return to Lijiang.

FFenghuiI almost turned back at the main entrance, but once inside, it was a completely different world – a true hidden gem! The courtyard was rustic and charmingly simple. The repurposed antique wooden furniture in the rooms was thoughtfully designed, and the complimentary toiletries were all of good quality. The heating was effective, and it was handy for drying clothes. The coffee was delicious too. The hotel offers stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, making its location truly unbeatable. Our butler, Hebaodan, was incredibly attentive. Despite our tight schedule, we managed to join a nearby horseback riding and mushroom foraging activity, which was absolutely fantastic. This will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Baisha. A small suggestion: parking near the entrance was a bit inconvenient; removing the wall of the small parking lot would greatly improve accessibility. Finally, a big thank you to the manager for the room upgrade. Even though our stay was brief, it left us with beautiful memories.

GGuest UserI randomly picked this B&B, and it turned out to be a gem! The courtyard is elegant and clean, the room gets great light, and the bedding is super comfortable – I felt completely at ease. I especially want to commend the young lady working there; her service was absolutely impeccable. Although there's no on-site parking, she waited for us at the intersection beforehand and even reserved a parking spot for us in the nearby lot. She patiently explained the best routes for exploring the ancient town's food and sights, and even left the lights on for us when we returned late. Every detail showed how much thought and care she put in. She greeted us with a smile throughout our stay, friendly yet never intrusive, making us feel as comfortable as if we were staying with a friend. Staying here in Lijiang was both pleasant and heartwarming. I've already recommended it to my friends!

MM18867****This was a family trip, and since we had a baby with us, we chose a place that offered views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and was also suitable for kids. **Environment:** We booked an 180-degree view room. The room decor was very serene, clean, and spacious. The wooden style created a tranquil atmosphere, and it even came with a Marshall speaker. From both rooms, once the curtains were open, we had an unobstructed view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. We made sure to open the curtains promptly at 8 AM every morning to catch the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' phenomenon ⛰️. The courtyard itself was a perfect photo spot, and the entire property felt quiet and comfortable. **Features:** There's a large courtyard with lambs, calves, swings, and a slide, making it especially suitable for babies. Every morning, as soon as our baby heard the sheep 🐏, he'd jump out of bed and could spend the whole day chasing them around, feeding them, and interacting closely with the animals. There's also a big bathtub, and bath time was always the happiest part of the day for our baby. **Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options available. Starting the day with a hearty meal, a bowl of special rice noodles, and a cup of coffee was the perfect way to kick off a pleasant day. **Service:** The hotel's butler, a young gentleman, was exceptionally kind and mature beyond his years. The ladies on staff were also very friendly, bringing us a delightful afternoon tea, juice, and bedtime milk. **One small area for improvement:** The small containers for the toiletries were a bit difficult to squeeze, which could be improved upon. I highly recommend staying here for several days. We stayed for three, and our baby didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

GGuest UserI have to say, this place was unexpectedly satisfying. First off, the transportation is incredibly convenient. The location is near the southwest gate, on the edge of the old town, not in the very center, which makes taking a taxi very easy. On the first day, someone came to pick up our luggage because walking on the stone-paved roads with bags would have been very inconvenient. Upon arrival, the hotel offered a welcome gift, including flower cakes. The hotel's decor is exactly my style—a warm, wooden aesthetic that feels incredibly cozy. The entire room is smart-controlled, and the air conditioning made it very warm. The breakfast was also rich and varied, with options like rice noodles and wontons. Each day, the hotel would ask if we had early morning plans for the next day, and if so, they would prepare a simple breakfast for us to take with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. There's also afternoon tea and sweet soup in the evenings. All toiletries are provided in the room, including disposable towels. Honestly, everything was just so considerate. I definitely have to give it a seven-star rating, and I'll choose this hotel again when I come back to Lijiang. Facilities: Excellent👍 Hygiene: Excellent👍 Environment: Excellent👍 Service: Excellent👍

AAnonymous UserThis was by far the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Lugu Lake! It's located halfway up the mountain, so you wake up to stunning views of the lake. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's afternoon tea and breakfast were both incredibly rich and delicious! There are also many activities to enjoy, like the bonfire party and bonfire night talks, which were a lot of fun! The public area on the 3rd floor is super photogenic, and the 'sky bird's nest' is a must-visit for photos – every snap feels like you're not even in China! The staff's service was warm and attentive. Since transportation isn't very convenient in Lugu Lake, the hotel offered unlimited shuttle services, which was truly thoughtful! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

MM320274****My stay at Diancha Inn exceeded all expectations! The hotel offers incredibly thoughtful service, greeting me with hot tea upon arrival and even providing a foot-soaking tub and a humidifier reminder. My room faced the snowy mountains directly, allowing me to witness the entire 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' spectacle from my bed around 8 AM – an absolutely stunning view. The 7th-floor rooftop also offers a magnificent panoramic view, especially breathtaking when observing the snow-capped mountains in the afternoon. I also tried the intangible cultural heritage 'Diancha' tea ceremony, which was fun and easy to learn. The overall environment is clean, elegant, and filled with Yunnan charm. I highly recommend choosing a snow mountain view room; it's definitely worth another visit!

What's more, it's located right in Shuhe Ancient Town – Lijiang's most authentic and least commercialized ancient town, brimming with local life. A standout feature of this guesthouse is its private courtyard and tea room. Guests are welcome to relax in any area, which creates a truly comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The guesthouse is managed by a group of young men who are all incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They were also very prompt in responding to any questions in the WeChat group. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, offering a refined selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including coffee, milk, rice noodles, and even okra. It's completely understandable why this place has over 3,000 overwhelmingly positive reviews! I highly recommend this guesthouse and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lijiang.

Ppatarapen mSweet and peaceful short stay. Amidst the bustling holiday crowd down the old town and you always return to get a full rest. The sunset by the tea corner will always stamped in my mind. First Aman and will def look for second and more. Ps.one err, believe they left the welcome note from the previous guest in my room. I got the hand signed note in someone else name lol almost in aww of the lovely touch.

MM2be7dsk1****I've stayed in many guesthouses, and this time I chose Guanxin Guesthouse online. First and foremost, their service is excellent. Their housekeeper contacted us a day in advance to ask about our arrival time and came out to pick us up. They also offered afternoon tea, and what touched me most was their complimentary late-night sweet soup – so thoughtful! The room was very cozy, and the biggest surprise was the underfloor heating, which wasn't an extra charge. I feel really lucky to have found such a hidden gem this time.
