2200386****This hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It's easily accessible by car via a gentle mountain road and navigation. We stayed in a four-bedroom villa with a huge living room where we had a DIY barbecue. The facilities were quite complete, and the service was excellent. Our butler, Xiao Ji, was very attentive and helpful. The hotel also arranged various activities, and our whole family had a wonderful weekend. Highly recommended!

Wwewetse_hlpI booked this hotel thinking it was a Hyatt property, but it's actually not affiliated with Hyatt. It's primarily a wellness-focused hotel, offering healthy breakfast options like congee and a wide variety of grains. They even have information on Baduanjin exercises. The hotel also boasts its own cherry blossom avenue, which attracts many people for photos on sunny days – a nice perk for guests. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. There's also a kids' play area, though there aren't a ton of activities. The floor in the children's slide area was quite dirty; my child's socks were completely black and hard to wash after playing there. The air conditioning in the room was an issue; even at 15 degrees Celsius with max fan speed, it stayed at 24.8 degrees all night, making it very hot and stuffy. I'm not sure if it was due to the room being exposed to direct sunlight or a problem with the equipment itself, but this really needs attention.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good in all aspects, but food lovers want to focus on the hotel's food. To be honest, the food is very good. In addition to the combination of Chinese and Western food, the breakfast buffet surprisingly has Nanjing snacks, which is great and tastes very authentic. As a person who has lived in Nanjing for many years, the hometown flavor is too strong. I actually saw the authentic Nanjing fried stinky tofu, which is rare in the current service. The small black pieces. The duck blood vermicelli soup is a full set, with heart, liver, blood, etc., sweet osmanthus sugar taro, beef pot stickers, pig skin noodles, and small wontons. If you only want snacks, there is no need to go to Confucius Temple and other places to eat. The taste of Huaiyang cuisine is also quite authentic. But the midnight hall on the 3rd floor is a little small. I don’t know if there are other places.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is super easy to find, and public transport nearby is really convenient. My room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. I particularly want to commend the front desk service – they were so warm and attentive, check-in was a breeze, and they even kindly recommended some great local eateries. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and all the ingredients were fresh. Both the facilities and the service were impeccable, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

LlizzywishAndaz is a reliable choice in every aspect. After my stay in Xiamen, I once again checked into Andaz Nanjing. 🔆 Service: As always, I received personalized butler service beforehand. Even before I arrived, they had already booked my lunch. Even during the peak holiday season, they generously provided double sets of children's amenities. Later, my husband complained that the bed was too soft and caused back pain, and they smoothly flipped the mattress to the firmer side and provided a separate mattress pad for 'sleeping on the sofa' (jokingly said as an extra comfort option for the sofa if needed). 👀 The young men at the concierge desk were all incredibly helpful and left a deep impression. 👍 🔆 Facilities: Since the hotel is still relatively new, the overall aesthetic is very pleasing. The gym and pool are perfectly adequate and beautiful; my son went swimming every night for three consecutive days. During the May Day peak, the 6th-floor restaurant showed signs of being under capacity, but the hotel thoughtfully opened the 31st-floor dining area in advance, making breakfast a very pleasant experience. 🔆 Location: I primarily came to watch a Super League match, and the hotel is only about 1.2 kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center, which is very convenient. Downstairs, there's the IFC for shopping, a supermarket, and a subway station, making everything easily accessible. 🔆 Dining: Breakfast isn't exceptionally extensive, but the quality is excellent. Personally, I prefer this 'less is more' approach. Especially the semi-buffet where you can order various egg dishes and small main courses; each one was delightful in color, aroma, and taste, and even the kids gave them a thumbs-up. Behind the front desk, there's a small lounge with all-day soft drinks, and from 5 PM, they offer a small selection of exquisite pastries and champagne – hooray! I had a piece of cheesecake with a retro biscuit base that was absolutely amazing. We also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant, and the Nanjing dishes like salted duck and Yangzhou fried rice were authentic and refined. The only minor drawback was that the young staff at the front desk seemed to be experiencing such a high-intensity, high-density workload during May Day for the first time, appearing a bit rushed, but they were all very diligent. Keep up the good work!~

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise during my trip to Nanjing! It will definitely be my top choice whenever I bring my child to Nanjing again. The staff were incredibly friendly towards kids, and the king-size bed was large and comfortable. The room size was significantly better than another hotel I stayed at in the Zhongshan Scenic Area for a similar price! Plus, the mini-bar drinks were complimentary for one round. The hotel also offers a free kids' play area included in some packages, which my two-year-old daughter absolutely loved! We even received a lovely horse-themed gift, which my daughter adored. The complimentary golf driving range experience was also a lot of fun for the whole family, and my daughter got to try it out for the first time! The coach was very friendly. During our Chinese New Year holiday stay, there was an amazing 'Dahualiu' (fireworks show) in the evening, and various handicraft activities available. I also noticed the swimming pool and gym looked pretty good; I hope to try them out next time. We had an early train on our second day, and after informing the restaurant, they kindly packed breakfast for us in advance. The service was excellent! And if you happen to miss the hotel restaurant's meal times, ordering takeout from nearby places is also very convenient, haha. All in all, my little one and I absolutely loved this hotel. Highly recommend!

XXiongxiongxingbingleBelated review! First and foremost, a huge thank you to all the hotel staff who made our trip so wonderful ❤️. On our first day, the lovely lady at the front desk who checked us in asked if we were celebrating anything since I mentioned it was for a birthday. She immediately upgraded our room and arranged for a birthday cake. We arrived a bit late that day, so the cake couldn't be made, but she thoughtfully arranged for it to be delivered the next day instead. The upgraded Dawn Redwood View Room was fantastic, waking up to the lush green scenery outside the window every morning filled us with joy! The complimentary wine in the room was also a great touch! The hotel breakfast was delicious, especially the duck blood vermicelli soup – I had it every day! Plus, they often brought complimentary sweet drinks to the table. The cleaning staff were also wonderful; they always greeted us with a smile, and their cleaning was super efficient. Our room was spotless every time we returned from breakfast! Mr. Sha at the luggage storage in the lobby was also incredibly helpful. He was very responsible when we checked our bags, kindly reminding us about our high-speed train schedule and to make sure we didn't go to the wrong station! He even helped us with our luggage and saw us off to the car when it arrived! Furthermore, the location is super convenient for getting around, including for taxis. All the nearby attractions are also very close by! Thanks again to everyone; we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

DdeerbrandeService: The overall service is almost responsive. In the evening, the air conditioner was not working, so the staff sent four heaters. The shuttle bus waited for about three to five minutes in the morning, and there was a call to urge during the process. The hotel also needs to collect a deposit of 2,000? Now Ctrip rarely collects deposits. Facilities: It is not at the level of Marriott at all. The facilities of the 3,500 villa are not as good as those of the express hotel. The Buddha's Hand Villa we stayed in, the bathroom in Figure 6 is ridiculously small! The shower room can only stand one person at most. All the furniture in the room has been used for at least ten years, and it is not even as good as the facilities of 🍊 All Seasons, which is ridiculous... Hygiene: The vents in the closet are full of dust, and there are holes on the stools in the room. Safety: The most important thing is that the door in Figure 10 leads to the basement! The basement is like a maze and I don’t know if it will lead to the outside! ! As we all know, this is an open park. How is the safety of the guests guaranteed! ! In addition, all four rooms have doors leading to the terrace, which can be locked from the inside, but the terraces on the outside are separated by four beads, which can be opened by someone with intentions, which makes people feel insecure. . . The overall park environment is built on the mountain, and the air is very good. The environment is unique, but the facilities are really not good...People who have requirements for room facilities can take a detour.
