MM368799****Facilities: Very good. All the rooms are voice-activated by Xiaodu (except for the screen). One small suggestion: could you provide a notification for each light in the room? For example, the bathroom light is called ”bathroom light strip.” We asked Xiaodu to turn it on, but it didn't understand. Or could we change the bathroom light to turn on when someone approaches? There are too many lights in the room, and since we don't know the names of most of them, we can only turn them on and off, which happens all the time. Cleanliness: Very clean. The floor was spotless, and the bed was fine. Because there are so many furniture and ornaments, and most of them are dark, cleaning is actually quite challenging. Keeping every spot dust-free is quite challenging, but they do a very thorough job. Ambience: The outdoor area of this room is absolutely stunning! It's especially beautiful in the evening! Recommended for cycling enthusiasts. The mountain road is quite challenging, but cycling at night is also uncomfortable! Also, the hotel pool is great. It's not big, but swimming at night while looking at the distant mountains and clouds is truly beautiful. Service: The butler service was very attentive. Local afternoon tea: The chicken feet were super delicious. Also, the breakfast was excellent, Chinese style, with millet porridge and various pickled vegetables. Perfect for a Chinese baby.

GGuest UserEverything was perfect. Honestly, this is a great hotel. One issue however is that guests appear to need a local Chinese phone number to activate the wifi. Without a local number, you cannot activate the wifi. A staff member hurried up to my room and used his number to get me logged in, but this is really sub optimal. You guys need to figure out an easy way for foreigners to log onto the wifi. Otherwise, spectacular hotel, great rooms, great staff.

BbamiCWe arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk upgraded our room type😄. We can see Tianming Lake from the room. The lighting in the room is very good☀️Clean and transparent! The hotel's breakfast has many varieties, including fruits, pastries, side dishes, and drinks. I especially like their tofu curd and beef noodles🍜, and the portions are just right. The overall decoration of the hotel is in a modern new Chinese style. There are many scenes where you can take photos and check in, and the atmosphere is full.

GGuest UserThis was an unexpectedly perfect family vacation experience. First off, the value for money was incredible. The hotel grounds are expansive and beautiful; you don't even need to leave the property to have all your needs met. It’s especially ideal for families like ours, traveling with a baby and pets. Strolling with the little one and walking the dog was completely stress-free and very convenient. The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Both the common areas and our room were kept spotless and fresh. Taking an evening walk around the grounds, we could look up and see the stars and moon; the air was so clear and rich in negative ions, truly relaxing both body and mind, helping us sleep soundly until morning. The facilities are fantastic for kids! Our two-year-old absolutely loved the dedicated children's play area next to the gym; he had a blast. The outdoor animal farm was definitely a highlight. Hand-feeding carrots to the alpacas and interacting with the other small animals was such a therapeutic experience; even the adults had a wonderful time! The overall facilities are incredibly well thought out, catering to the needs of all age groups. The service was simply outstanding. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to our requests. They made us feel welcome and were very professional. In summary, this is a hotel we would highly recommend and gladly return to. Our child is still young, so there were many activities we didn't get to experience, and we're already looking forward to coming back when he's a bit older!

GGuest UserI saw a lot of good reviews so I booked this hotel, summed up as follows: Good place: 1) The room is oversized, five-star standard, and the view is first-class (picture 1 is the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room), you can stay in the room for a whole day to see the scenery, and it is very quiet, there is no sound in the mountains at night, and the room is hygienic. Very good, very clean 2) The hotel butler Xiao Xuan (not sure if this is the case) is very professional. After busy, he has been thinking about the guests and everything has echoed. If you book a hotel, you will set up a WeChat group. It is very convenient to tell the housekeeper in the demand group. Where to Progress: 1) The set meal included a dinner. To be honest, it was very disappointing. It was a very ordinary home-cooked dish. Breakfast (Figure 2) was much better than dinner. Although the hotel room is a five-star configuration, the catering is definitely far from the five-star standard. There are freshly killed pigs on the same day. The braised pork is made. The pork is very good, but the cooking skills are too general. It is almost 😂 But the deep mountains and old forests are estimated to not be able to ask any chefs. So the Badger can say that the expectations for eating cannot be too high 2) The service is very good, but the housekeeper Xiaoqian is very good, but he feels that he is busy alone, and many places are not enough staff. In addition to a few housekeepers, the others are some older aunts. I feel that they are very unfamiliar with all aspects of the service process. The meal was wrong at night, and the cooking in the morning was also busy. There were not many guests on the day of the trip. The restaurant sat at four or five tables. It was not so busy. I felt that the service could still be unified. Overall still satisfied, will come again in the future!

AAnonymous UserMy friends and I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Ningbo, and our overall experience was absolutely perfect! We booked a total of four rooms, and before our arrival, the hotel proactively called us to give a detailed overview of their facilities and services. They even thoughtfully helped us book a restaurant reservation. Everything was arranged promptly and meticulously, and we're very grateful to May for her assistance. Upon checking in, the experience got even better: the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's environment was serene and elegant, truly feeling like a traditional Jiangnan garden – every photo we took was picturesque. The hotel service, from the front desk to housekeeping, deserves special commendation; every staff member was warm and professional, making us feel incredibly welcome. Furthermore, the pre-booked travel photography service was excellent; the photographer's skills were top-notch, capturing many wonderful moments. The only minor regret was that bottled water wasn't provided during the boat trip. We had brought our own snacks, but got a bit thirsty midway through the tour, so having drinking water available would have been a more thoughtful touch. However, this small incident did not detract from the overall outstanding experience. The Park Hyatt Ningbo excels in service, environment, and facilities, making it ideal for trips with friends or family. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again and will recommend it to more friends! Five-star rating!

DDaitaoxi.I stayed for two days. It was quite late when I checked in, so I just randomly picked a hotel, thinking I'd make do for one night and change the next. But this hotel was fantastic! The environment, facilities, and service were all excellent. I especially want to commend the front desk; since it was my first time staying here and I'm a bit directionally challenged, they kindly helped me upstairs! 👍🏻 I decided to stay another night. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
