KKunkunzhu。This InterContinental is my top choice when visiting Shenzhen. Its location is absolutely superb, just a short walk to the exhibition center, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby is grand and elegant. Alfreda from Guest Relations was polite and thoughtful throughout, and Diana handled check-in efficiently. The room was spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with Byredo toiletries – attention to detail was exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the made-to-order noodles were delicious. The indoor heated pool and 24-hour gym are excellent facilities. Overall, it exudes understated luxury with professional and attentive service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe guest room was much bigger and exceptionally spacious compared to most urban five-star hotels. There was plenty of open space, so I never felt cramped. The mattress and linens were premium quality, making the room incredibly comfortable for rest and work.
The executive lounge is outstanding. The seating areas are quiet and well spaced out. The afternoon tea and evening happy hour offered a great selection of hot meals, cold snacks, wines and cocktails. The staff delivered attentive, low-key service, and it became my favourite spot to relax each day.
I would love to talk in detail about the wellness facilities. The 24-hour gym is fully equipped with top-tier Technogym fitness machines, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing city views. Working out here was such a pleasure. Right beside the gym sits the sauna and jacuzzi. The dry sauna is spotlessly clean, and the heated jacuzzi is perfectly maintained. Soaking in warm water followed by a sauna session was the perfect way to ease fatigue after a long day out.
The whole hotel is packed with sophisticated modern design. Without question, the most breathtaking highlight is the iconic coloured spiral staircase. A sculptural spiral that embodies upward growth and balanced Eastern aesthetics. Light-reactive surfaces turn the staircase into a dreamlike focal point of the lobby. It blends fluid geometry with local storytelling, redefining luxury spatial flow. This spot is stunning for photos and easily the hotel’s most eye-catching landmark.

Vvvx2My first experience at St. Regis was absolutely delightful! The service was incredible, especially William Hu's butler service. As soon as I checked in, he meticulously explained all the room facilities and the range of butler services the hotel offers. He arranged drinks, welcome fruits, a bubble bath, and even ironing services, which was incredibly thoughtful. The experience was truly fantastic! The sound quality of the in-room speaker was also excellent, and the breakfast selection was very rich. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

AAmanda_Zhang_AZThis hotel truly stands out with its thoughtful design, both in its exterior and interior decor, creating a grand and impressive ambiance. Its location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters walk from Metro Line 1, which is great for catching flights. This time, I was just passing through Shenzhen and stayed for a night, checking in late and leaving at 6 AM the next day. It was a whirlwind visit, so I missed out on experiencing the glamorous restaurant, which is a bit of a shame. I'll save that for next time.
The room itself was spotless and well-designed, and the city lights from the balcony at night were beautiful. If only Shenzhen nights had a cool breeze, it would have been absolutely perfect.
Of course, I also want to offer some suggestions for improvement, just to show my genuine appreciation for the hotel. First, ordering food in the evening was a bit inconvenient. With both a concierge desk and a delivery locker, you have to notify the hotel when your delivery arrives for the robot to bring it up. For busy guests at night, this can be a bit of a hassle. Perhaps guests could be prompted to specify 'deliver to concierge' when ordering, which would streamline the process. Also, the breakfast policy could be more flexible. Since we had an early flight the next day, we were worried about waking up on time and asked if we could add breakfast spontaneously. However, we were told that adding breakfast on the day itself would cost an additional 30 yuan compared to booking it at check-in. From my experience, many five-star hotels don't have such a policy, so it might be worth reviewing.
Overall, this hotel is definitely worth another stay. I'll be traveling between Hong Kong frequently soon, and I'll consider staying here again when I'm transiting.

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a quiet environment. The bedding is just the right firmness. The service is attentive and detailed; they respond actively to any needs, which is great. SsisisisiQI specifically chose a weekday during the off-season to experience this place, as the reviews I saw online seemed quite positive. This guesthouse is located at the foot of Qiniang Mountain, in a village situated in a low-lying area in the middle of Dapeng Peninsula. The houses in this village are neatly arranged, and this particular guesthouse is nestled in a corner, facing Qiniang Mountain.
The surrounding area feels like a traditional village. The interior design of the guesthouse is quite good, and the room facilities are decent, definitely above average for a guesthouse. It's very suitable for family trips. The bedding in my room and the large bay window were both very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the toilet seemed a bit clogged and wasn't flushing smoothly.
When I saw it in person, I thought it was pretty good.
The price during the off-season was quite reasonable, though it didn't include breakfast. Ordering breakfast separately was expensive, and there wasn't much good food elsewhere in the village. I had to walk quite a distance before finding a肠粉 (rice noodle roll) shop.
A big advantage here is the environment, with direct mountain views. The small courtyard downstairs is also beautifully designed, perfect for sitting and enjoying tea or simply relaxing. In the morning, you can also take the convenient mountain path for a hike, and there's a museum nearby that's worth a visit.
