"A great place to stay in Taipei—close enough to Ximending for convenience, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds. The hotel offers excellent amenities and plenty of thoughtful freebies. We especially appreciated the free use of the washing machine, as well as the snacks, drinks, movie area, and games at B1F. We booked the smallest room without a window, but it was still spacious enough for a couple. The bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. Surprisingly, having no windows has its own perks! We also loved the strong water pressure, which my husband particularly enjoyed. It’s a bit of a walk to Taipei Main Station, but the route is filled with food spots and coffee shops, making the stroll enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a well-developed surrounding area. What impressed me most was the room's view – Taipei 101 was clearly visible from the window, offering different beauty both day and night. Especially when the lights came on at night, the entire city's atmosphere was captivating, giving a relaxing and therapeutic feeling. The room itself was clean and tidy, with efficient use of space. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with stable hot water, and the overall hygiene was reassuring. The hotel staff were friendly, making check-in and check-out very smooth, and any issues were promptly addressed. Additionally, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, making daily life very convenient. It's suitable for both short trips and slightly longer stays. If you're visiting Taipei, especially looking for accommodation with a city view and good value for money, this hotel is a worthwhile option to consider. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay.

GGuest UserFacilities: Quite new. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Excellent location, almost 5 minutes from the city airport. Service: The team is quite professional, and the shuttle service is very thoughtful. The only downside is that their internal system isn't integrated, so I had to repeat information every time a different staff member assisted me.

GGuest UserEvery single staff person was so helpful and kind, really amazing! It’s wonderful. They have apples and bananas and snack snacks in the lobby all the time included coffee and tea. Really lovely! The room was less comfortable, the lights are impossible to navigate. There is not a single shelf or closet to put anything in. The little sofa they give is very uncomfortable. For water and hot water everything is electronic, and you have to keep running to refill the picture and dispense it through the dispensary, not so comfortable. Shower was good Toilet also electronic and had some difficulty shutting off so we disabled the electric part. The staff will help you with anything you could possibly need and with a big smile

GGuest UserThe location of Home Hotel is excellent. You can just walk to malls, restaurants, bars, convenient stores even Taipei 101 is just a 5 minute walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a big breakfast buffet spread and the price is reasonable. The hotel arranged also our shutting back to the airport easily. The hotel is also very easy for Uber to find. The hotel service is topnotch and they respond to requests right away. For me this hotel was a great place stay exploring Taipei. I will definitely stay here again.

WWLawThe hotel service was excellent; they even surprised my daughter with a small cake for her birthday upon check-in! 👍🏻 The location is fantastic, a quiet spot that's still bustling. It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. 🤠 There are all sorts of restaurants nearby and 24-hour convenience stores, which is super convenient. The front desk can even heat up your takeout food for free and then have a robot deliver it to your room – very thoughtful! 👍🏻 For breakfast, they credit ********* dollars directly to your phone, which is really handy. You can redeem it anytime at the Starbucks in the lobby (the bread and coffee are both amazing!). Any leftover credit can be exchanged for cookies, egg rolls, or other snacks to take with you, which is very 👍🏻. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance. 🙂

GGuest UserGreat location, right next to Shilin Official Residence, making it very convenient to get to Beitou and Tamsui. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and quite satisfying. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed, so I couldn't try it out. The room was a bit small, but the bathtub was surprisingly large.

GGuest UserFor those that like to go to a fresh market and get your own food and can make at hotel, it’s perfect. The kitchen space is great for one person. Overall, space (including closet space) is great, doesn’t feel tight. I would totally book this place in future. A downfall for those that need to be closer to public transport is that this one is yeast 10 min walk away from any MRT subway station. I couldn’t figure out how to use tv seeing the remotes were in Chinese but not a big deal. They also provide mini bar drinks (non alcoholic) and snacks, free of charge. The pool is 20m and has good operating hours, and robe/ slippers in room for u to use. U need to get the towel from front desk though. The pool was off in temperature where it’s cold on one end and warmer on the other end.

JjoshsyxReally great! Room was well designed, very clean and the location was perfect for a more chill, local experience with easy access to metro and bus lines for exploring the city. Tons of great cafes, bars and restaurants in the area that were accessible without feeling touristy. Amenities in this hotel are exceptional, better than what you’d usually find at a typical old 5-star. Amazing selection of snacks and drinks (including local craft beer!!) from the FREE mini bar. Wireless phone charger to borrow, tons of wonderful smelling room and linen sprays, shoe cleaning drawer, bluetooth speaker, smart toilet, you name it. Make sure to look around in all the drawers. Such a thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's a quiet and peaceful location. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the center, which can be a bit of a journey. However, for me, the city center was a bit too chaotic, so this place was a welcome respite. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are also very kind and pleasant. Having a shopping mall nearby was very convenient. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again.
