I have to give the hotel service a thumbs up! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a variety of activities, which are great for kids, and there's also a hot spring. We soaked in it every day during our stay to relieve fatigue. Electric shuttles are readily available throughout the grounds, and the rooms were very clean. Our family of seven stayed in an American-style villa—a four-story detached villa with four large bedrooms, which was more than enough for everyone. The elderly and children were very satisfied. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Returned for another stay and it's still a five-star experience, mainly thanks to Miss Moon, the doorman, and the staff who helped with our luggage. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to our urgent needs. The hotel's location is still excellent! However, the overall hotel management is quite lacking. Room cleaning is still very slow, especially during peak occupancy. One of our two rooms wasn't ready until almost 6 PM! They claimed it was because both rooms were close together and being cleaned by the same staff member... We had to wait in the heat with our whole family... I won't go into other details!

The service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. It's super close to the convention center and has great amenities. Plus, there's an outlet mall right outside, perfect for some happy shopping! I booked this hotel for my boss and colleagues, and they were all very satisfied when they returned. Thumbs up!

There were a few minor issues and misunderstandings during my last stay, but the hotel handled everything proactively and resolved the problems quickly. This time, I had more time to really experience the hotel. First off, the location is excellent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there are malls nearby, making dining and shopping super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, actively asking about guests' needs and even offering welcome fruit. Although the hotel has been around for some years, the facilities are well-maintained and look very new. I especially want to commend how incredibly clean everything is. The housekeeping staff were very polite, always greeting me when we met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future and recommend it to friends and family.

The beds and pillows were excellent; I almost overslept and missed my flight! Stepping into the hotel was an immediate escape from the summer's hustle and bustle. It's a shame I was only there for a layover and stayed just one night. My mom even said it's better than some of the older five-star hotels in Shanghai. Places like Xijiao State Guest Hotel and Park Hotel don't have interiors this nice, and the Fairmont Peace Hotel lacks greenery. The front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming; a young man with glasses even quickly made me a new card when I couldn't find mine. The service staff, the waiters in the bar and restaurant, and the bellhops – everyone was incredibly attentive. As someone who's worked in the InterContinental Hotels Group for several years, I really appreciate that the employees here genuinely seem happy in their work, not just punching in and out. It's a much better experience than the InterContinental hotels in Lijiang and Jiuzhaigou. Even with many European guests, I never felt that domestic travelers were neglected. I'll definitely stay here again. I truly feel they deserve a great review. The only thing is, I think the decorative figurine in the restroom is quite fragile. I usually like to dance in the bathroom, but I'd be afraid of breaking it if I did here. Anyway, full marks! I praised the Hu La Tang (spicy soup) at breakfast twice – it was delicious! And please, hotel management, keep the traditional, non-automatic toilets in the restrooms. Us older folks really appreciate them.

The hotel is in a good location, next to Wanda Plaza, food shopping and entertainment are very convenient, walk into the hotel, the front desk action is quick to do the procedures for me, while also introducing me to the hotel facilities. The room can respond in time if there is a need, the corridor and the room are cleaned thoroughly, clean and spacious. There is also a welcome fruit gift. This hotel has a good experience. The business trip is particularly smooth and worry-free. I will come to live next time.
