It is just a 3-minute walk to the Erawan Shrine and CentralWorld, and about a 10-minute walk to Siam Paragon.The room is very spacious and bright, providing a comfortable and open atmosphere. All the staff are highly professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast is abundant with fresh and delicious food, and the staff always serve guests with warm smiles. Room service is also very tasty. Plus, the concierge and reception staff are extremely helpful and professional.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Service: Especially perfect! The whole family was satisfied, and after check-in, there was a Chinese WeChat butler service.
Extra beds were free, and the extra bed was particularly good. They even wrote a handwritten card for the child.
We had all our meals at the hotel; breakfast was free for our 4-year-old, and children were also free when ordering light meals at the coffee bar.
The pool, though small, was exquisite, and the complimentary iced water and coconut popsicles were a great bonus. The kids' club closed at 5 PM, but the service was very attentive, and even though our child didn't understand English at all, they loved it.

WWutongqianlongThe hotel's service was incredibly attentive and proactive; everything was handled quickly, especially in the lobby. When I looked around, the lobby manager immediately came over to ask if I needed help. When I gave the taxi driver 1000 baht and he said he couldn't break it, the bellhop instantly offered to help and came back with ten 100-baht notes. Just from a glance, they knew exactly what I needed.
The hotel's location is also very convenient. Food delivery is fast, and it's easy to get to various city attractions, being right next to the Pixel Building and Empire Tower. There's even a 7-Eleven inside the hotel, which made traveling with kids very comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, neither outstanding nor terrible. However, if we didn't ask specifically, they always seated us, the polite queue-followers, at the furthest tables. It was quite a trek to get food with a child. By the third day, we insisted on sitting closer to the inside, and there were indeed available tables.
The only downsides were the pool being too small, and at night, the water was very cold and the lighting was dim. If the kids wanted to swim, it was either under the scorching sun or in the dark.
Finally, a big thanks to the restaurant staff who helped find my child's spoon. It was similar to the hotel's own, which was a real lifesaver.

GGuest UserPerfect location to start your adventure in Thonglo. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance not to mention the 5 minutes walk to BTS Thonglo. Swimming pool at L9 has amazing views especially at night. Room was clean and service was impeccable. Keep up the good work!

TTania salMy favorite part of the hotel was the laid-back swimming pool, the generously elaborate breakfast, and the beautiful lobby where I enjoyed tea time while listening to the piano. Above all, the outstanding service from the front desk staff made my stay memorable. A big shout-out to the attendant, Peach, who accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor with better conditions. (although a recommendation: The room's decore/furniture could be updated to make it more cozy and bright)
As a person who values comfort and routine, my loyalty as a customer depends on how I am taken care of—it's those small, attentive gestures that make a big difference for me and Thank you Marriot team for doing that. I am a regular customer of Marriott hotels in Bangkok, and I see myself returning to the Marriott Marquis branch more often, which is why I booked another trip right away. TtracydolphinThe room design is well-thought-out, and there's a large balcony perfect for lounging and enjoying the view. The hotel's facilities, like the pool and yoga classes, are also excellent. The most convenient feature is the yacht service, which runs hourly from morning till night, shuttling guests to and from Iconsiam shopping center. This truly lets you experience the Thai style of life, traveling by boat! The only area for improvement is breakfast; the variety is a bit limited, especially for Thai specialties, but there are many different ways to cook eggs, some of which are quite unique and delicious.

While we understand that private bookings happen, it was disappointing not to be able to use the facility despite having paid for our stay. This was the only downside of our experience.
