Very satisfied with all aspects, the service staff is enthusiastic. The room was given foreign wine, chocolate and apples. The only regret is the standing crane, which blocks the view and is noisy. But this is not the hotel's problem, it is said to be a construction school. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

It was magical entering this hotel on a little electric trolley via stone cave! I felt like James Bond. The staff was incredible and so helpful - they even remembered my activities that I had mentioned and asked me how they were. Breakfast was delicious!

Wonderful hotel. Excellent staff and wonderful location. We spent 3 nights and all was wonderful. Truly 5 stars. Breakfast has so many options and again, staff were all amazing.

This was one of the worst hotels during my entire vacation in Switzerland. I have no idea how google put it as one of the luxurious hotel in Zermatt, this being at the worst location. It was NOT worth $900/night hotel and I feel very bad and sorry to have stayed. I skipped the 2nd night without even being compensated

Amazing hotel with great views Great location to explore town and a short walk to the gondolas for Matterhorn. You also get great views of the town. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.
