Written in English so hopefully the hotel can read this without translation.
Hotel is a lovely historical building, however the goodness ends once you pass the facade - a lot of rooms are under renovation. We are assigned to a room adjacent to rooms being worked on.
Hallway was pretty dusty and is still not cleaned when we checkout.
Our room is not undated, so very old furnitures, broken shower head, no place to charge our phones.
Welcome nuts is not fresh and tastes stale.
We got the worst/smallest room on the level. It’s so cramped - we don’t have enough desk space and enough chairs to enjoy room serviced breakfast.

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

It had a perfect environment, and the lady from reception was nice and friendly. Highly recommend. I will choose this palace again if I am going to Interlaken in the future!

It was the most amazing stay we had, the staff was kind and thoughtful.location was perfect, very close to the station,the views from the room were amazing,views of the snow capped mountain and the views of the lake. It was just perfect. Loved
