The hotel excels in cleanliness, both in the beautifully maintained lawns and the immaculate rooms. The front desk staff are remarkably courteous and efficient, making every interaction pleasant. In the dining room, Mary welcomes guests with a warm smile and highly professional service. The entire dining room team is attentive to guests’ needs and operates with impressive dedication. Evenings at the hotel are enriched with cultural and musical performances, creating a truly unique and memorable atmosphere. Overall, staying at the Pastoral Hotel is a genuine and delightful experience. Highly recommended!

One of the best places in Israel for vacation music and food.Rooms are beautiful and comfortable management friendly and cooperative .We are visiting this place at least 2 to 3 times a year for all kind of events for more than 20 years .

We stayed at the hotel shortly after it reopened, and despite a shortage of staff, the service was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to assist with every request, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety of options. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel grounds are large, green, and beautifully maintained – a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

Amazing location near Hermon and Golan Heights, Upper Galilee, Hula lake - great for day trips. The hotel itself is tastefully designed - two-story buildings hiding between trees and bushes. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The staff were so welcoming, the grounds and amenities were amongst the best we've experienced in Israel... and the food... the food was beyond exceptional! Highly recommend you spend a couple days at Pastoral Kfar Blum!
