Trees Motel

We showed up to the property for check-in around 7:45 PM and there was no staff in sight. The office had a sign saying they had been overbooked and that we'd have to reach out to ******* to be refunded or relocated. Unfortunately there was no availability for miles so we were forced to drive 2 additional hours into Ridgecrest. It would have been nice to be informed before we arrived at the property.

on a main road and you can hear the traffic. floor was a bit dusty. basic accommodations - shower was hot, towels were clean, bed was comfortable. nice that there's an outdoor seating area. wifi was decent but wouldn't bank on it being strong enough for important work.

We arrived at 8:30 from LAX and a sign on the front desk door said that they were overbooked. No other hotels were vacant in the area. We had to drive another 2 hours to find a place to stay! It was one of the most terrible days of my life. Our plane was delayed so we missed the connecting flight.

No towel, no soap, no trash cans, carpet was soaked and when asked for washcloths they were never brought to us. Room had holes and singing in bathroom barrels drained. Don’t recommend this property.

Didn’t need A/C Kitchen sink area needed more cleaning. Staff friendly but didn’t seemed prepared for our arrival. Floor was dirty after big windstorm,

Kitchen was not very well equipped. They had old sponge used in sink. Missing toaster. Limited glasses silverware cups and cooking pots n pans No spatula. A/C wasn’t needed. Heater was good. Staff was great though

I arrived late and only stayed 1 night. Room smelled like bleach, but that didn't bother me. However, the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. I was by the office, so it was very noisy in the morning during checkout. Other than that the front desk was friendly.

The bathroom was not very clean or stocked with offered amenities. The kitchenette was cute but was smaller than the website made it look. The beds were not very comfortable. There was trash and building materials all over the property. I never experienced the staff as my key was waiting on the office counter and noone came to the counter when nm I returned my key. I may not go back!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms have been renovated and are nice and clean. This is an older property and renovation can't change the bones. Walls are thin, I could hear people walking, talking and even snoring in the adjacent rooms. The windows are old and block no noise. People were coming and going till 3 am. The parking lot is tiny. Over all would not recommend.
