Xeliter Cana Rock Punta Cana

The booking said $30 but I have to pay $20 extra. It is quite place but nothing surrounding the condo.

The attention from and availability of the staff to answer questions or deal with the smallest issue, was unparalleled. Ranses in particular was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with a pleasant garden view.

The apartment was truly great, very well equipped with everything you might need: plates, beach towels, air conditioning… it had it all! The only downside was that during my stay, garden maintenance caused grass debris to fall into the pool, which wasn’t cleaned afterwards. Nevertheless, my stay with Xeliter was perfect. I always felt safe, even while traveling alone. The Xeliter team, and especially Joan, played a key role in my experience: always available, he gave me valuable advice and excellent local recommendations. Also, if you want to go directly to the apartment, I highly recommend taking an Uber! Thanks to him, my stay was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Do not book this place. Xeliter Cana Rock in Punta Cana was advertised as a luxury condo, but it was a total disappointment. When we arrived, the electricity was off, no one was there to greet us, and we had to figure out the circuit breaker ourselves. There was no Wi-Fi until hours later. We were promised beach access, but didn’t get the passes until the day before checkout—and weren’t told the beach closed at 6pm. We got there at 5:30 and were denied entry. The penthouse suite was dirty, with animal feces on the balcony, dirty laundry in the bathroom and washer, no bottled water (despite undrinkable tap water), and no dish soap. The hot tub didn’t heat up, and the showers had no hot water. They told us this was “normal” yet it could be fixed but never sent anyone to fix it. The pool connected to our suite was dirty, yellow and under construction, so we had to walk across the complex to use another one. On top of all that, they charged us an extra 20 dollars day for electricity—never disclosed until after we booked. Their 70 dollar shuttle was also a scam, since Uber was only 35 dollars. No front desk, no accountability, no compensation. This place is cheap for a reason, and the management doesn’t care about guest experience. Save your money and stay at an actual resort. This was false advertising and a complete scam.

Well I’m general it was ok, but very important points for travellers on vacation were missing. 1. They charge the rate per day without electricity and then charge extra for it. A hotel does it better. 2. They want you to collect the garbage and to bring it to manage to the outside of the building. You go to rest not to work. 3. Beach is ok to walk to for someone with full access to walk 20-30 minutes, but not to everyone. They offer an overpriced ride to take you to the beach. 4. There are not nearby attractions nor restaurants nor facilities to grant access to Uber eats drivers to deliver anything to you, so that forces you to go out at night and or have a rental car. 5. In conclusion, they have a business to make money, there is not interest in making any travellers experience memorable for good reasons. I won’t go back nor that I will recommend to anyone I know. They have good potential, I hope they use it soon.

Great property! I didnt like they charge you $20 per day upon arrival which i didn't know until i got there. Plus, i receive a text yesterday from someone there asking me what happen to one of the knives there and why they found it broken. They asked me to pay to replace which I thought was odd!!
