Fort Pontchartrain Detroit, a Wyndham Hotel

Front Desk Representative: Mrs. Fee B. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness 10 Location 10 Unlimited Convenient Parking 10 Customer Service and Friendliness 10 This is my second time here and I must say everything was right on time. There was a cheerleading tournament and a Red Wings game going on downtown the staff was quick, fast, fun and friendly. I had the honors of meeting front desk Mrs. Fee B. she was extremely thorough also welcoming after finding my room. I explained to her that I was here for my girls birthday I asked Mrs. Fee B. to give me the best room that they had near the riverfront, when I tell you she did not disappoint. I was able to check in 30 minutes early into my room in addition to that the room was extremely clean, extremely clean I will be visiting again. Thank you, to the Staff. The hotel is very impressive looking and everyone I met there was lovely and welcoming. Thanks to Jazz and Patrice for their hospitality and professionalism. Thankful for blackout shades to block the light from the huge LED billboard at the civic center.

The Banquet Hall Food was a total disaster, the food was half cooked, no seasoning, we paid thousands of dollars, and everyone was complaining about the food, no one really ate the food, it was all horrible, we had 130 family members from over 9 different states, and the Detroit committee was embarrassed

Great location, immaculate rooms, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, delish food, great valet service, and always well taken care of

All the staff members I interacted with were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I would have given the hotel a 10/10 if there had been daily room cleaning. Other than that, everything was perfect. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, and the hotel’s central downtown location was definitely a plus. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The front desk worker's are so so so nice and perfect and all of the needs to be fired for treating our so good we had our family reunion there we had a ball in the hotel.Workers are so nice and pleasant.They all need to be fired for doing a dam good job while we were there and the lady's that clean the room did a wonderful job when ever I come back to Detroit this is my new hotel I will always be staying at thank you to the great staff at fort poncentrain

Very convenient location to walk to events in the area, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Could use a vent in the bathroom. That's really all that would have made the stay more enjoyable .

Had a wonderful stay and will stay again on our next visit to downtown Detroit. Excellent experience and staff. Highly recommend and have told friends and family to stay here if they are planning a stay downtown.

The location was convenient, near tjhe highway. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a very polite staff. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. You could enjoy the view inside the room and outside if you requested the water-view side.
