The Aloft Detroit is a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice & very professional, so friendly and very helpful. They made you feel very special. It is in a great location, right across from Tiger Stadium & Ford Field, and only 1/2 mile from Little Caesars Arena. Lots of great restaurants withing walking distance. The rooms were very nice, exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable. Will absolutely be staying at the Aloft again!

Perfect location to discover Detroit Downtown, super close to People Mover Stop Millender Center! It features Starbucks coffee machine and it also has its own coffee shop.

The room was ok. The location is also very good. The gym is huge and has a lot of equipment. Downstairs is the General Motors showroom. The breakfast was a bit poor. I was a bit annoyed at the long queue when I checked out. Since I had to catch a plane, I threw down my room card and left.

I have never stayed in such a good hotel in my life. The room has everything you need, clean and tidy, and complete accessories. The staff is also very good. They let me check in 6 hours in advance. I spent one night at the Hollywood Casino at Greektown. I did not visit the casino. I was looking for a nice place to stay for the night. The hotel grounds were 4-stars. I arrived around 7 PM. It took some time to check in because I had to wait for a number of others who qualified for the VIP check-in line. I stayed in a basic, twin queen room. The room and bathroom were nice and modern. Shortly after getting into my room, bright exterior lights turned on - shining in the direction of my room. I couldn't see what they were illuminating, but if I had to guess, it was perhaps the hotel name written on the exterior. Those lights stayed on all night. The drapes didn't completely cover the windows, so my room was illuminated all night. The room stayed one temperature despite what the thermostat was set to. There was an intermittent hum coming from the in-wall heater as if it was revving up. I ultimately slept with earplugs. I am have been able to overlook the illuminated room, dysfunctional thermostat, and intermittent hum if I was there for other reasons than to sleep, like to visit the casino, or go out.

Where the APEC Ministerial Meeting is held, the room is large, some of the facilities are a bit old, and the hotel lobby is not very grand. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet and public security is good. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the core area of ​​the main city.

It is close to the city center, not far from the supermarket, and also close to the GE building. The front desk is very kind, and it is returned in US dollars. Overall it is good. The breakfast is relatively good.

Very nice staff. Great location. I would stay there again. Walking distance to many good restaurants.
