The front desk staff's professionalism was questionable. I booked a 'pay later' family room with breakfast for three and no deposit required. However, the receptionist told me their system showed a king room, only breakfast for two, and required a deposit. I showed her my booking details, but she insisted it was a king room and claimed the platform had transferred the wrong information to the hotel, blaming the platform for the mistake. Shortly after, another staff member came over and asked if the booking was under the same name. Only then did the receptionist seriously check and realize she had made a mistake. The worst part is, she showed absolutely no remorse throughout the entire interaction. With such incompetence and attitude, a bad review is well deserved!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Sports Plaza. The facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk service is incredibly warm and welcoming. It's also very near the snack street. Plus, there's a newly built gym on the 17th floor. Five-star rating!
