德苑酒店住了好多次了，酒店是三星級，環境好，乾淨衞生，三星級沒問題。重點，酒店的床非常舒服。吃早餐的時候菜品不全，但是服務員一直在上，還專門送到我們餐桌，對服務比較滿意，但是建議早餐能豐富一些更好。總體感覺非常好，滿分評價。

作為從南方回北京的休息驛站，入住德苑大酒店已經很多年了，房間設施衞生很好，唯一欠缺的是這次早餐比以前欠缺一些，不能及時補菜，導致後到的客人沒有菜吃，希望改進！

之前住過該酒店，真的不錯的酒店，交通便利，停車方便安全，該酒店的餐飲做的也不錯，從早餐水煮蛋蛋黃和蛋清之間沒有灰黑色，就足以證明該酒店的細小環節管理嚴謹到位，廚師師傅們在用匠心精神完成每一個菜品的製作。前台服務員發自內心的禮貌讓客人體貼到了賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店外觀高端大氣，前台接待很熱情，停車場很大，很方便停車，客房的設施有些陳舊，床單有幾個洞，負責換床單的服務員就沒發現嗎？早餐一般，和酒店介紹的早餐38元一位不匹配。但是180元一天帶早餐感覺還是物有所值吧。

房間衞生保潔有待加強，上一位客人用來喝葯的兩個茶杯原封不動擺在那裡，都粘住了。價格擺着那裡，確實便宜，也不應有過多要求。
