Basically it was a fantastic experience. Everything was outstanding. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice and clean BUT there was no guard/keeper. Keep up the good work

Facilities: There is no exhaust fan in the whole building. Hygiene: good, very clean Environment: It's convenient to be next to the shopping mall Service: There is a little brother who loves to smile, and the service is okay On the whole, except for the fact that there is no exhaust fan, it is quite good at this price.

Good clean nice hotel and will recommend it for another visitors and family .. it is my first vist and I see kind and helpful people . Location of hotel was very close and easy to get taxi and shopping mall . And WXYZ Cafe shop was very kind .and mr sheikh was so friendly and helpful .

Hotel is cosy, clean with friendly staff. Location is very central & close to Daharan Mall. Rooms are clean & stylish. Breakfast was great. The most amazing is having Starbucks at the hotel which served me my favorite coffee. I recommend it as a favorite destination.

Wonderful Hotel, comfortable and fabulous atmosphere property cooperatives staffs , delicious food and clean hotel , the receptionests are fantastic , professional management, good location it's recommendable probably, Thank you so much for the hospitality.

This is a new hotel and I spent one night here. I love hotels where the staff doesn't bother the guests. The room was very nice, with more than enough towels in the bathroom and lots of hot water. Although it didn't matter, I had a curtained window and there was nothing outside the window. I guess it was an inside room. The breakfast was great, and the free wifi worked great. It was very quiet with no loud children running the halls. Parking seemed limited though.

Had a very relaxing 30 minute back massage by Betty, peaceful surroundings and lovely staff, well priced and I highly recommend a visit while at the Naviti Resort. I most likely be returning before my time over.

Stayed in this Grand Hyatt property in late January for a few nights. Overall, the service is great!! 1) The property treats Globalist well and I do appreciate that the property upgraded my reservation to a one-bedroom residence that is extremely nice. 2) The food and beverage experience of their main restaurant at the lobby level is great. I did have a buffet dinner one night and a lunch with selection from a la carte menu. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great. 3) The property does have a Grand Club at the 11/F and it serves beverage all day and evening snacks during the evening. The snacks are quite good from my point of view. 4) The gym has separate entrances to males and females. For the male-only gym, the equipments are sufficient for me to do a great workout with kettlebells, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. 5) There is a spa inside the male-only gym. I did try an 1-hour hot stone massage that I felt great and relaxed after the service, and it worth the price. 6) The hotel has a direct access to a big shopping mall in which there is a CarreFour Hypermarket. 7) The hotel is about 45-minutes Uber ride away from the King Fahd International Airport (DMM).

The hotel facilities are good and the rooms are clean. The environment is very good, very close to the seaside. There is no laundry service. Good value for money, recommended to stay. The service was very good. Rich breakfast.
