Marino Royal Hotel

Don't put this kind of hotel on Ctrip after 9 o'clock. It has no cost performance and the room hygiene conditions are very poor.

I was very impressed with this 4 star hotel. From the lobby to the guest rooms, elegance and modernity are evident everywhere. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel at home. The rooms are beautifully decorated, equipped with complete facilities, and the beds are comfortable and soft, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable sleeping environment. The hotel's dining options are diverse and of excellent quality, making every meal a delicious experience. While this hotel performs well overall, there is some room for improvement. Some facilities may need updating to maintain a modern feel and improve guest comfort. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal is often unstable, which may cause a certain degree of trouble to guests who need to access the Internet for work or leisure. Overall, this four-star hotel excels in terms of service quality and facilities. If you are looking for an elegant, modern and comfortable accommodation option, this hotel is definitely an option worth considering

The hotel is located in Uttara 3, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's rare to eat in the hotel, so it's okay. The air around is very bad. There is always a strange smell in the evening, mosquito spray + generator diesel + other strange smells, which are hard to describe. The hotel service during the stay was good, but there was an episode when checking out. We booked 20 days in a row, and the hotel sent us to the airport for free. A few hundred meters after departure, a friend called me to pick up something to bring back home, so I asked the driver to go back and pass by the hotel (my friend's house is just 100 meters away from the hotel). The process of picking up the things took about 2 minutes, and then we set off for the airport again. Just after departure, the hotel front desk called the driver to ask us to charge 20 US dollars, because we went back and passed by the hotel, and the free airport delivery ended. It would cost 20 US dollars (2 people) to set off again, which is equivalent to 15 US dollars. We disagreed, so we were thrown back to the hotel.

The people are extremely friendly and the best thing is that everyone speaks English. Very good food

Clean, convenient transportation, good service

The location is very good. The breakfast is delicious and changes every day. The front desk also provided good service. The only disappointments were the shower, which was hard to adjust, and the noise from the karaoke nearby. In that sense, I'm not sure if I'll return.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. I eat a relatively vegetarian diet and there is still a lot of meat. The buffet breakfast that my colleagues usually eat in the morning is chicken and ham, sandwiches, fried noodles, mango juice, pineapple juice, fried eggs, apples and bananas, which are super delicious.
