We booked a room as a couple, but they’re given us the room which is basically for a single person room later they change our room obviously which is good things and we appreciate that

Luxury hotel located in Gulshan -good and safe neighborhood in Dhaka. Decent breakfast and restaurant inside the hotel. I ordered some Korean dish and it taste... Korean. Comfort hotel to stay in. Recommended.

The overall experience was very good. Clean rooms, convenient location, and excellent service. A special appreciation to Ms. Tuli from the staff for her professionalism and friendly support throughout my stay. Thank you!

Tired Hotel and not to the standards of a regular 5* Hotel. Should be a 4* at best.

Hotel boys are so bad, they kept knocking...harassed for marriage certificates, my friend checked-out within 2 hours.

Hotel staff were friendly for most part, the charges for taxi rides is 5x the price than uber. Breakfast selection not the best. Overall decent stay but would only recommend for a night or two

It was a wrost stay and staff are not so friendly & helpful, food quality is not good.

The room was clean, the service was great, and the security was good.

Being a stranger in Dhaka, the hotel staff is showing their polite, passionate to their guest. I can feel cozy and warmth during my staying. The room is clean and the breakfast food is good. Every hotel staff can remember my favourite food and habit in 3 days only.

It’s nicely designed  hotel.the breakfast is delicious.
