Hotel is in good location near airport and traffic is not that bad comparing in other area. room is big but the towel is a bit old but can use averagely. need to improve on the room towel while staff is very good. Retaurant is also eatable with average price. I checked out on the date of completed renovation on the reception area. and look good than before. I hope my next visit hotel will clear out all old towel as hotel is lot of guests with high occupancy.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. Service was horrible. The guy who was night receptionist he was trying to play game with me. I booked a room then when i was trying to booked another room for my friend he said the price is higher. but it was kinda shocking that with an hour the price went high. After that when i said why'd i pay extra as i booked with the same price few hours ago then he said bla bla. However lastly he gave me the room with the same price few hours,he said it's smaller room but he lied it was the same room next to my first room. Second thing they charged me double for my dinner. The moment i asked them why'd i pay extra they say it's buy one get one offer so i have to pay. However when i ordered the food they clearly said it's for one person and half price. Such an awful experience. I'd never ever recommend anyone to this hotel. Whoever is the authority please try to teach their staff how to behave (Specifically front desk people, the guy who was night receptionist) .

All good excellent service, friendly staff, rooms also fully equipped

Hotel is nice and clean, Ms.Akhi is very friendly and warm.

The place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.
