Not so bad

The hotel and the room were really good and the price was reasonable charged.

The hotel staff was being very rude while checking in and out. There was some lipgloss on their pillow and they claimed that that is unremovable and forced me to pay for their laundry. The point is, they will laundry it anyway and they forced me to pay for it. Highly not recommended for women, as it didn't feel safe but rather unsafe to me as a female traveler.

the hotel doesn't have a built in hot water system and runs old aged geyser with manual switch to be turned on! That's not convenient for us and we asked for a refund after one night uncomfortable stay! At first the hotel management acknowledged their limitation on this particular issue and was willing to refund the remaining 4 nights out of the 5 nights booked and paid for. Even though we booked through trip.com, the property said they got the booking through some third party who are trip.com local partners and they had taken the money and aren't willing to refund as they don't see it as "any issue", they offered a different room but "upgrade' in their terms which had the same problem. So eventually as we diidnt feel safe and comfortable with a geyser tank inside the bathroom and needed manually to be turned on and off - we had walked out by checking out instantly. 

Really good service! The room was tidy, well-maintained, and the amenities were good! The entertainment system was better than most of the places I’ve stayed in Dhaka. Staff were really professional. Great food! In total, worth the price!

Everything is alright except the bathrooms. Looked shabby and old.

Overall, it was good. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was located in a safe area, close to convenience stores and restaurants.
