We had an unforgettable stay at the resort! The excellent room service, especially thanks to Ahu, made our experience exceptional. The food was delicious, with the tiramisu being the best we've ever had and the chocolate night an excellent touch. The handmade ravioli was exquisite, and the prosecco sent to our room was the perfect finishing touch. All these wonderful details made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

Our first time in the Maldives and what an experience! The whole resort is beautiful and the food is honestly the best all inclusive food ever. The staff go above and beyond for everyone here. Special thank to our island host Marey who was incredible! Also all the staff on the island! Best holiday ever by far!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Joy Island and I can only speak positively about my experience. The entire kitchen and restaurant team, including Adam, Anup, Anjana, Sandun, Windya, Dita, Bhavani, and Utaya, did an outstanding job. Each and every one of them was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Our supervisor shiyadh did everything he could do to let us have an exiting and eventful holiday. Every morning he would send us the daily activities in the hotel. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the food, and the high standard of service provided by the hotel. Whether it was questions about the area, breakfast requests, or special requirements, the team was always on hand and went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A big thank you to the entire team for the unforgettable days on Joy Island. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

The place was beautiful we took the inclusive package but unfortunately it could not be availed only in places they designated at times they scheduled. They designate one person to you but only takes care of u in the begginjng. Other than that it was beautiful with Great staff

Honeymoon in joy Very nice location in the middle of the sea. Except heavy rain and strong wind everything was fantastic. Big thanks to our manager Sandali. She was always available for us and arranged everything.I like the concept in the Market. And Il basilico too. My favorite party was joy party out of all.Basically it was a wonderful experience. We will come back

Joy was great. I paid for my entire family and parents to go and we were all excited as it had recently opened. Perhaps needs a couple of years to grow into its landscape as it is a new island but all round we had a great time. The essentials were there, kids club and staff were really good my compliments to them. Pool was nice, could do with some shade but cant complain. Evening entertainment was good, staff were friendly as expected. Above all for us the food at the buffet was really good. Fresh fish and meats off the grill and good variety. each day I would recommend this resort based on food alone. We have been left disappointed at other all inclusive resorts in the Maldives by the food who try to cut corners on mass food production but at Joy Island I can say it was 10/10. I was a bit disappointed by the head chef Giovanni i think his name is.. when i asked to BUY a pizza from their pizzeria next door which usually had zero custom and eat it at the buffet hall whilst my family eat at the buffet. The chef refused this request. Keep in mind we are on inclusive and I am still happy to purchase the pizza. He is obviously proud of the pizzeria, but the etiquette could have been a little smoother. He just sent staff to pass the message bluntly little arrogant! He could have come and explained to me himself. Nevertheless I was not going to let that determe as a pizza lover so I went and sat on my own and ate the pizza! My review on the Pizza for the proud Head Chef!!: your pizza was substandard, the oven isn't hot enough, needs to be 500 degrees minimum, your running it at 300. This resulted in a low raise and hard crust. A waste of all the great ingredients, tipo 00 flour and san marzano tomatoes that must have been shipped over from Italy. I have had better from a supermarket!

It’s an amazing once in a lifetime experience, special thanks to our island host Chau who took care of everything. It was my fiancé birthday we wanted to celebrate and it was splendid. Staff was extremely friendly and warm, they’ve surprised us with a cake which felt really special 😊

Ayu and Cecilia gave great body massages. I was so relaxed and we fell asleep. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend. They make sure to greet you always and offer to help you in any way they can. Very attentive and genuinely lovely people.
