I stay with my family.so excellent food and room are very well maintained. Mr.kamlesh was good staff to suggest the menu and mr.shanky is good owner and handle with guest. Nice stay I m so happy I booked the hotel payal. I suggest if u go to pachmarhi then will stay at hotel payal.🙂🙂🙂. minimum rates and maximum facilities.

Very poor experience, they did not provided extra bed, room was not clean, blanket was dirty, we felt itching after using it. Bedsheet was dirty.

No hot water in this chilled weather. Cleanliness was not appropriate. No extra bed was provided when already 1 extra bed was included in the voucher. Really disappointed with the service. i am so old customer…not worth choosing hotel PAYAL

A well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms and very polite staff ready to serve always, the only problem was that the hotel didn't have a dedicated parking space you had to park your 4-wheeler at a nearby parking area and had to pay 50- per night, i am very concerned about my vehicle's safety coz there is no one to look after your vehicle

Good hotel for family. Cooperative staff. Owner himself is handling the customer concerns, a good thing. Overall a comfortable stay. Location is good and well connected to all tourist points in pachmadhi.
