Diamonds Leisure Beach & Golf Resort

Our room had major problems with door not locking and water getting into the bathroom light fitting when it rained. They fixed the lock and cleaned the bathroom wet floor but did not fix the roof. we couldn't turn on the bathroom light for fear of getting electrocuted theynever fixed it I honestly do not know how they got their ratings, yes they have lots of pools, great outlook, good buffet breakfast. Their coffee is terrible, dinner buffet boring and they do not have salt and pepper on most of their tables. Maintenance is deplorable and the rooms are outdated to the point of falling apart.there aren't instructions on how the TV and set top box works and the internet in the rooms cuts out every 20 seconds. The staff are lovely and friendly like all Kenyans, but this resort should be 3 star at most

Very nice place, good food, nice pools. Good entertaiment at night. A very good golfcourse across the road.

We had a really great stay. The food variety and taste in their buffet were amazing. The staffs are super friendly and they have many free activities for all-inclusive guests like kayaking and paddling.

Very good property run by a disorganized team. 1. The wifi wouldn’t reach Ocean view C… rooms which I’d imagine the staff know so they’d either should have fixed or tell the guest outright that it doesn’t work on that side, we had a poor guy try to connect us to the wifi for 15 mins and fail. 2. Dining The buffet menu is ok could use an improvement but the staff at the main dining are disorganized, when you get there they wouldn’t help you get seated the problem with this is on nights with a lot of guests a couple could end up on a table meant for 6 / 8 people. You would go get your food when báck the table has new guests sitted because the hotel doesn’t care enough to put up a small placeholder indicating the table is taken. The night I stayed The buffet area gets mixed up with private party I watched a rude chef tell a guest put that food báck it for a private event. Extremely distasteful! 3. Dress code at the dinning seems to be strict for the colored people and very accommodating for the white folks. I’d probably not be willing to give more context 4. Staff conduct i have seen staff yelling / scolding one another in-front of guests comes off as extremely unprofessional and not proper for a resort of that standard. 5. The only aspect of the property that seemed to be proper in my opinion is maintenance and house keeping. They seems to all their ducks in a row 6. Would I stay here again? Yes but I’d avoid the all inclusive package because the dining experience is terrible. “See above”
