It turned out to be a wellness retreat the spa was amazing special kudos to kenneth , free yoga classes was a good way to start your day, the hotel activities dance games etc was great, staff very helpful

They need to improve the sports bar Open more restaurants when it's busy Always run out ice, beer and certain alcohol by the beach and pool bar

My husband and I had a fantastic staycation at the newly opened Royalton Chic. The property was beautifully renovated with excellent guest areas all set on an excellent white sand beach. The young staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Service standards were above average. The food at all restaurants was of a premium standard. We were particularly pleased with the fabulous Caribbean cuisine this was a superb treat.

Food was great. Staff was great. Beach was awesome. Our only complaint was that they’d run out of of things for the entire day such as captain Morgan or Tito’s vodca or Jack Daniel’s. That’s just not exceptable when you’re paying all tbis money and can’t have the drink you like. They ran out of Carmel at Insomnia. Again I have Carmel coffe every morning so that was very disappointing. And the food truck at the pool ran out of ketchup. That again was very frustrating to everyone there. I mean there’s burgers and fries and no ketchup. Never never should they run out of these things. I still have it a 5 but if this would happen again I’d maybe go to another royalton property. And the daily pool activities could be bumped up a couple notches. There basically was none

This is my go to resort. It's a Great place to stay. Staff is friendly. Entertainment is great. Beach is beautiful

Clean rooms with great staff and good food in a amazing environment experience..great resort.

Nice property however, they ran out of towels quickly. They have small variety of food and too much pork. No island special fruits and such. Not enough activities or entertainment. During booking it stated night club but there were none. This resort is for the elders and not younger adults. Additionally we were given special ******* bracelets for some access but were not able to use it. The cruise ship drop off point was at the resort so it made the sea dirty and not desirable to swim

I wish that there were activities to do solo. Kayak or something. I’m a solo traveler. Lovely area. Very well maintained. Food was excellent. Staff was fantastic. Everything easy to find and manageable. Very quick to service needs. I came in from a horrible resort to here due to lack of water, electricity. They got me into an area to shower and a drink in hand asap. Really turned my vacation and vibe around. Great pool bar, beautiful beaches and area. 4.7 stars. The behavior from a minority of the black bracelets (you wear red or black, black has a butler) was appalling. They must have never travelled or seen anything anywhere before, VERY obnoxious behavior.
