Small hotel easily accessed with plenty of parking available. It is also close to the light rail station which is a bonus. Nice and quiet location off the main road.

They didn't tell me only one keycard would work to get in and out and I grabbed the wrong keycard when I went down to basement and I was locked out had no phone or any means to contact someone. You have a buzzer that don't work no one answered it lucky a lovely lady was coming in and I asked for assistance to call the number on the door security it was the number and I had to explain what happened then I had to wait another hour for him to arrive so it was like 1am before I got back in my room snd I feel if that lady didn't come I woukf of been stuck in your r lobby till 7am and that would ruined my whole days plan of work. Maybe have sort of resources to contact someone in the future for times like this . And don't think I would ever use you or recommend you to any fellow people that experience was traumatizing

Besides from the car garage that was beimg maintained, everything else was as expected. Overall a good experience.

Everything was as expected. Was pleasantly surprised at the room size. Would definitely stay there again

Housekeeping is only after 3 days stay and bed is very soft.
