Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport Reviews

The hotel was perfect and by the airport with a free shuttle, but trip.com wrote false advertisement saying wrong price of the breakfast and that the hotel did a shuttle from the other far away airport . please note that the shuttle bus ends at night last one 23:00

Great experience! We were 3 people + 2 dogs. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was and had a lot of choices. Dogs welcome! The hotel is just beside the building where people do their IELTS English which was perfect for us.You walk out the door behind the reception and straight in to the Madison Building, IP Campus. Just a couple of things that could be better. No fridge in the room. No coffee machine, just instant coffee. Parking 15€ for the night. And for info. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. We thought we could have had lunch where we had breakfast, but it wasn't possible. Instead you can buy ready-made meals and warm then up in a microwave. It wasn't too bad of quality though. Freshly made in glass jars and 3 vegetarian options.

I'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. All concierge services are available as soon as we request. I will come back to this hotel happily. My best compliments to all the staff of Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport. Good airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.

The hotel location is a letter bit far from town.but room is good

The underground parking lot is spacious and safe. The room is OK. The mattress is a bit soft. The only downside is that the toilet faces the bed, although there is a glass cover. There are many hotels nearby to choose from.

I stayed here once many years ago. It is a relatively cheap hotel near Brussels. The house is relatively new. It costs about 20 euros to take a taxi from the airport. The towel rack is quite high, so you have to jump up to get a towel.

Extremely bad. This is the worst service and the worst room I have ever stayed in during this trip to six European countries! Dark, squeaky, and arrogant group of Mediterranean guys!

Very nice everything only if it is removed from the center. The good thing is that it has a truck stop nearby
