This was absolutely the best experience. The staff went above and beyond with all of our needs. Amy was such an amazing person, I fell sick while I was there and she made sure that I received the proper medication from the onsite doctor. I 1000% recommend this resort and I definitely will be back.

Of all the resorts I've been to, this resort has the friendliest and warmest staff. If you are traveling with a baby like us, I highly recommend it. We take care of everything from small to big. Breakfast buffet is clean and The beach is safe and clean. Even though I never said anything, I saw the baby and brought him a sand play toy. Both the swimming pool and kids club are safe as the staff never wakes up. Please clean up even the clothes you left unattended and took off. The spa you receive every day includes an additional massage for your baby (you get an additional free leg massage for the baby. It's the first massage in your life, and the baby loves it), and you can take care of your baby as well. If you call a taxi driver, they will take care of all the preparations for you. I haven't put any luggage in the car for 5 days. Location: There is no place you can't go by taxi. Resort->Airport 20-25 minutes Resort->Han Market 20 minutes Resort->Lotte Mart 15 minutes Resort->River Safari 35 minutes If you have children, don't worry and make a reservation.

The Japanese general manager takes care of everything. Everything is taken care of. The large public bath and sauna are both satisfying. The breakfast is also excellent. Please try the Japanese tempura. The location is a little far from Da Nang city, but it is close to Hoi An and you can easily go there by hotel bus. Definitely recommended in Da Nang.

3 delicious breakfast styles, clean rooms, large pool on a private beach, friendly staff, quick response, free Ao Dai rental, free hot springs, various activities. It's a perfect resort with no reason not to come. Other than opening the door at the hotel, I never lifted a finger. He held the elevator and waited for me, opened all the doors, and bowed and smiled and said hello every time I saw him. Even when I went to Grab, they checked the car, opened the door for me, and carried all my luggage with me. They were so friendly that I felt uncomfortable haha. The location is between Hoi An and Danang, so it's good to stop by both places. The grab is good too haha

I was very, very satisfied with my stay! I stayed for 3 nights, and the manager, Mr. Tomifuku, was very kind to me. He told me about the best spots in Hoi An and Da Nang, and was always looking out for me during my stay (o^^o) There was a shuttle bus from the hotel, so it was easy to go sightseeing, and I was able to relax and enjoy the hotel pool. I definitely want to visit this hotel again!

This was one of the best resort experiences we had. The staff is very attentive, and all the facilities are clean. we loved the indoor pool, the beachside bar, the swimming pool, everything. The morning buffet is also great! Come here for a relaxing experience
