After more than ten days traveling the Sichuan-Tibet route, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Located in Basong Village, it was super convenient to get dropped off and picked up right at the hotel entrance. The owner even helped us arrange transport for our dog. Since it’s not in Everest Town, there's significantly less light pollution, making it an excellent spot for stargazing at night. The hotpot dinner was absolutely delicious and offered incredibly good value for money. When we left, the owner even tied a Hada to my car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It wasn't just the owner; everyone working there was wonderful. The shy, gentle smiles of the young ******* women were truly heartwarming.

The room was even better than pictured – spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with 24-hour diffused oxygen. Mount Everest was visible right from our room, and dining was conveniently available on the first floor. What's more, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. But the biggest highlight was the hotel owner's exceptional warmth and hospitality; he even took us to the best spot to witness the stunning 'Golden Summit in Sunlight' phenomenon, provided excellent directions, and offered immense help for our onward journey. If you're coming to Everest, you absolutely *must* stay here! Highly recommend.

The owner was incredibly hospitable. They helped us coordinate transportation during the day and even took us stargazing at night. The yak hotpot they prepared was absolutely delicious. This was, hands down, the best night of our entire Tibet trip.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but today I just had to share some honest feedback. I honestly never expected to find such excellent service and a spotless environment at Everest Base Camp, especially for this price! From the moment we checked in, we could feel the owner's meticulous attention to detail. The front desk staff member proactively helped us wait for the scenic shuttle outside, calling us as soon as it arrived. They even went out of their way to explain every detail for our excursions, and provided clear information on the best spots for stargazing at night and the expected weather. For dinner, we enjoyed the yak hotpot at the hotel, which was all-you-can-eat, incredibly satisfying, and delicious! The breakfast flatbread was absolutely delicious, and all the other breakfast items were no-frills, homely, and extremely hygienic. This hotel truly pays attention to every detail, and every staff member is incredibly kind and sincere. Wishing the owner great success!

Choosing this guesthouse based on reviews for our Everest trip was absolutely the right decision. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. During check-in, noticing our child was older, they graciously insisted on a complimentary upgrade to a triple room. They even gave us the best-view family room, from which we could enjoy stunning sunrises over the snow-capped mountains. While our room was on the fourth floor, there was a convenient elevator. Stepping inside, we were genuinely amazed; the room also had an ample diffused oxygen supply. We added the owner on WeChat, and our communication there was excellent. They helped us book the scenic shuttle, pre-arranged a delicious yak hotpot for our descent, and even shared stargazing spots. The whole communication process was seamless. The evening's yak hotpot, the free-flowing sweet tea, and the morning's highland barley cakes were all incredibly delicious; we ate until we were absolutely stuffed! Upon our departure, knowing we had our own vehicle, they kindly presented us with traditional Hada scarves and even offered us several bottles of water for our journey. If we have the opportunity to visit again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

**Facilities:** While there's no TV, the space where one would typically be is a window offering absolutely breathtaking views of Mount Everest – truly incredible! **Cleanliness:** The place was impeccably clean. **Environment:** Located right within the Mount Everest scenic area, the natural surroundings are simply spectacular. **Service:** Absolutely exceptional! The owner was incredibly kind, going above and beyond by offering complimentary water and drinks. He even shared a fantastic secret spot for photographing the Milky Way.

The room was spotless and equipped with oxygen. We stayed here the night before heading to Mount Everest. From our room, we had views of snow-capped mountains. The front desk staff were also very helpful in booking our transport to Mount Everest. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this place.

Our room was spotless and very well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and oxygen was supplied from 7 PM onwards. The breakfast was also quite good and tasty! Upon our departure, they presented us with traditional Hada scarves and gave us a few bottles of water, wishing us a safe journey. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly special! Our stay here was incredibly pleasant, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
