Vienna International Hotel (Zhaxizong Township Zhufeng Road Branch)

I was surprised to find such an excellent Vienna (hotel) in this location; it felt even better than some I've experienced inland. This should be a benchmark hotel for the ******* region. The service is great, the decor is lovely, and the location is perfect. Because of this, I decided to stay an extra day to rest up.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the highlands! It's super value for money. The entire room features smart oxygen control, underfloor heating, and a humidifier. The room is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, even offering drinks to help with altitude sickness. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious. The 24-hour diffused oxygen supply is a lifesaver, helping you avoid altitude sickness. Plus, there's a massage chair! I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel in Everest Town.

Accompanied my good friend to Mount Everest for another visit, and we still chose to stay at this Vienna International Hotel chain. The experience was great! My friend really loved the overall decor and layout, which felt modern and youthful. We slept very comfortably at night; the central humidifier kept the humidity just right. What truly deserves a shout-out is the oxygen supply: 4 outlets with pure, ample oxygen. We didn't experience any altitude sickness at all, feeling almost as if we were in Nyingchi. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully gave us two bottles of grape juice, which was a lovely touch!

This hotel offers excellent value for money! Located in Everest Town, the hotel helped us book seats on the scenic shuttle bus. When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully provided glucose drinks, demonstrating truly comprehensive and personalized service. Honestly, I never expected such a comfortable hotel near Everest Base Camp. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and proactive. They offered glucose water upon check-in and patiently explained all the important details for visiting Mount Everest. They even upgraded my room without me asking! The room itself was spotless and came with a complimentary massage chair, which was wonderfully comfortable to use. The oxygen generator in the room provided plenty of oxygen, which was a huge relief for someone coming from a lower altitude.

Staying during the off-season was great value for money! The hotel maintained the usual chain hotel standards, which was excellent! The front desk staff were friendly, the room and bedding were spotless, and the complimentary water refills were a particularly nice touch for us tea lovers! Thank you.

I must give this hotel full marks for its service! The receptionist not only checked me in quickly but also helped me book a bus to Everest Base Camp without calling ahead to let me fill up the tank in Tingri County. My happiness was instantly overwhelmed. The hotel's location is convenient, and parking is easy. I received a complimentary upgrade to an executive king room with an electric massage chair. I can enjoy that after visiting Everest.

The hotel front desk staff were warm and friendly. A special shout-out to Ms. Du at the front desk; seeing us waiting for our ride in the lobby, she immediately arranged for us to use oxygen, took us to the eco-friendly shuttle bus, and helped check the weather forecast for our base camp. The hotel's location is excellent, parking is very convenient, and the rooms were very clean. The rooms were spacious and well-insulated; I would definitely stay here again.
