Unexpectedly stumbled upon a gem of a hotel during my Tibet trip! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, quickly checked me in, and even thoughtfully recommended local eateries and shared important tips for visiting Mount Everest Base Camp. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with no dust in the corners and a dry, odor-free bathroom. The bedding was soft and fluffy, like sinking into a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent. The oxygen concentrator provided ample oxygen, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep even at high altitude. Plenty of hot water and reliable appliances. The location is superb, and the hotel even helped arrange a car for our trip to Base Camp. From stepping out the door to getting into the car, the service was consistently warm and meticulous. Definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I'll stay here again next time!

The staff were warm and attentive, providing detailed advice on high-altitude protection and travel tips upon check-in. They were incredibly helpful and patiently answered any questions I had. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping for supplies nearby. The most amazing feature was the altitude sickness relief system: diffused oxygen throughout the room plus an individual nasal inhaler. Arriving at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, my breathing became smooth shortly after entering the room, and I slept soundly and comfortably throughout the night. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was soft and clean, hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were all provided. The large windows offered stunning views of the vast high-altitude landscape, and the simple yet elegant decor felt exceptionally comfortable at the foot of Everest. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, proactively reminding me of refueling times for my Everest trip and the best time to see the sunrise over the mountain peaks. There's free parking on-site, making parking very convenient for those driving. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, making it easy to replenish supplies. The most surprising thing was the room amenities. The entire room had diffused oxygen supply combined with individual nasal inhalers, plus underfloor heating and a humidifier. After a long day of travel to the plateau, returning to the room to breathe oxygen and rest allowed me to avoid headaches, chest tightness, or other altitude sickness symptoms. I slept soundly and peacefully at night, completely eliminating any concerns about not sleeping well at high altitudes. The room's decor was simple yet sophisticated, with brand-new and intelligent facilities. It included a separate wet and dry bathroom, 24-hour hot water, and a soft, pressure-free mattress. The entire room was spotless, with meticulous attention to hygiene. The front desk service was attentive and meticulous, providing advance notice of important information, which was very thoughtful. Check-in was also very efficient, and they proactively reminded guests of the Everest viewing time, precautions against the cold, and refueling. They even helped book transportation to base camp. Cleanliness, facilities, and service were all top-notch, offering excellent value for money. After seeing the golden sunrise on Everest, I chose to stay here again on my return trip. This is absolutely the best hotel you can stay at in Everest Town. The rooms are large and clean, and the decor is on par with the high-end hotels in first-tier cities, far superior to other poorly made ones. The service is equally excellent. There's plenty of oxygen, so the room doesn't feel cramped.

The hotel was a wonderful surprise!! It's rare to find such high-quality accommodation in such a remote area. When I went out at night, I had no idea what was outside my window, but when I opened it in the morning, I could see snow-capped mountains. The oxygen levels were also excellent. 來珠峯大本營旅行，選白玉蘭酒店真的選對了！酒店就在珠峯小鎮核心位置，距離去大本營的換乘點特別近，院內有免費停車場還有充電樁，停車指揮的工作人員很熱心，搬運行李也會主動搭把手。 最驚喜的是房間配置，全屋雙孔彌散供氧+可控温地暖，還配有加濕器，徹底緩解了高反頭疼和高原乾燥，24小時熱水穩定，房間打掃得一塵不染，乾濕分離衞浴、床品都很舒服。 前台服務超級貼心，辦理入住效率很高，主動講解珠峯出行注意事項，還幫忙預約去大本營的車輛，凌晨出發看日出可以提前打包早餐，細節拉滿。酒店帶自助洗衣烘乾房，長途旅行洗衣服太方便了，早餐品類也很豐盛。在珠峯腳下能住到這麼標準的品牌酒店，性價比超高，下次來珠峯還會住這裏！
