Vienna Hotel (Dingri Basong Village Branch)

It was fantastic! The location is quite far inside the scenic area. The hotel helps arrange the shuttle bus, and you can board directly at the entrance. It only takes 30 minutes from the hotel to the base camp. The receptionist, Xiao Ciren, was very helpful; he helped me with my things, waited with me for the bus, and even reminded me to bring my border pass, otherwise I almost forgot it. Overall, a great experience!

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was cozy, the bathroom had thoughtful details, and the bed was very comfortable. Lisa at the front desk was very patient and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options; hopefully, that could be improved. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. The hotel has a great location and offers good value for money, making it highly recommended.

The hotel is brand new, fully smart, and the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm. After being stuck at the foot of Mount Everest for two days due to heavy snow, these two days have been exceptionally comfortable. The young lobby manager deserves high praise; he's the most enthusiastic and kindest hotel manager I've ever met! We had a wonderful chat! The entire hotel staff is truly exceptional, making for a very comfortable stay. I look forward to returning to this hotel near Mount Everest in the future. The view room is magnificent, and I was fortunate enough to witness the first snowfall of the year—the mountains were covered in a blanket of white, truly spectacular! Today, the Lantern Festival, I finally saw the entire panorama of Mount Everest. The two-day wait was worthwhile; I'm grateful to have met you all along the way, my friends.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. They could also help book a ride to Everest Base Camp and recommend suitable times. The breakfast was decent, and there was fruit included.

The front desk assistant was very attentive and responsible, proactively helping us carry our luggage to the room and carefully demonstrating how to use the facilities until we were comfortable with them before leaving. Other front desk staff, including Xiao Wang, were also very helpful and responsible. The room was well-equipped and clean; everything was excellent, and we were very satisfied. We're staying another night.

First of all, the hotel's front desk staff were incredibly helpful. When our car had a flat tire, they changed it for us, getting themselves all dirty in the process. Then, they were the ones who cooked our food, and it was absolutely delicious, with flavors perfect for northern tastes. They even carried our luggage for us, saying, "Our job is to provide excellent service to our guests!" Having such responsible employees is a blessing for any business owner!

The room was surprisingly good; I didn't expect the conditions inside Mount Everest to be so excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, especially Xiao Wang at the front desk, who was always there to help!

這次入住酒店大床房體驗特別好，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，睡起來很安心。24小時供氧很足，地暖也暖和。前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，有問題都耐心解答，餐廳味道也不錯。在珠峯腳下能住到這麼舒心的房間真的很驚喜，強烈推薦
