It’s an Ibis Budget so one knows it is basic. But this hotel is very clean, functional, friendly and has what I needed for an overnight. Secure on-site parking and a great breakfast are added bonuses.
If you get here before 5pm, there’s a self check-in and you need your booking reference number for the kiosk at the hotel entrance. You then get a ticket with room number and passcode,
Hotel is close to a Lidl and the wonderful old town on Dives-sur-Mer.

I went there with my family, it was a good value for the money. Friendly people, small room but ok for a budget hotel, good breakfast. A lot of parking space, a little outside town, but very quiet zone.

We always stay here when we are in the area. Reliably clean rooms and freindly staff, good parking and all surrounded by a beautiful little garden. Walking distacne to the town centres of both Dives and Cabourg and the sea front.

Gérants sympathiques, à l écoute mais très pros, personnel agréable et souriant. Propreté des chambres irréprochable, petits dejeuners composés de bons produits (yaourts St Malo). Les chiens sont les bienvenus moyennant suplt (espace special pour le petit déj ou en terrasse)

Hôtel assez confortable pour un ibis budget. La chambre était calme ainsi que le site. Petit bémol toutefois : le lavabo et la douche directement dans la chambre sans séparation (hormis un simple rideau). C’est tout de même très moyen pour un hôtel de ce type à mon goût. Petit déjeuner : rien à redire tout était parfait pour ce type d’hôtel à petit budget.
