This hotel needs some serious work, it is clear that management hasn’t been training workers. It looked like hotel has been left behind, dark, chairs everywhere on top of each other next to elevators. Rooms are not even close to what they advertise on ***********. The room I booked didn’t even exist in this hotel, with the built in balcony!! It takes you 15min to find the pool area which is located at the other building, and u need to walk with bathrobe through the street and stairs. Rooms dusty and not cleaned properly. Bed, worst ever, too soft and seems like it’s broken at first. No one answered the phone from reception for days and nights, and we stayed 4 nights. Just in general one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had in years. Disappointing, as this was our first ever visit in Melbourne. As if the night time staff (bartender with curly hair and blond guy from reception) were the hightlights of the visit, they were super helpful and professional.

location is perfect, right infront of the free tram zone, the room was clean. sadly when we arrived early in morning, there's no one in the receptionist desk and have to wait until someone out from the building so we can entered the building. and cannot ask for early checkin. otherwise the hotel is perfect. nice stay anyway.

Clean rooms and ideal location not too far from city centre ! Quiet at night and tram station just right at your doorstep .

Great location and service good. Our room lacked coffee pods and not enough tea bags The TV kept turning off. N0t having the ability to watch AFL footy on TV saturday night . was a disappointing - I would have been happy if we could have streamed it through our phone on Kayo love walk in shower as i have a disability and space i n room for my walker.

Fantastic, real value for money and very close to Marvel stadium and Southern cross station. Trams are also super accessible

Had a great stay at Peppers! The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. The location is also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend!
