Westpac Hotel & Suites - Westbay Doha

i stayed there for a family event and i dont like the service especially imagine they let us in for 4-5pm during that timw and keeps telling that the hotel wasnt ready and i have to wait longer up until 6pm and the check out still the same thing at 12:30 lol

Inexperienced staff , given us a ******* room make the people inside the room shocked (we opened the room while they are inside) The breakfast is poor I don’t recommend it

The hotel is nice and clean. But the only concern was the receptionist named Setu. Whenever we call, the way she answered us was unacceptable. She was not accommodating at all. The bellboy was more accommodating than her. She even didn’t know about the beach rules as we asked her. The swimming pool area, no staff to check on and no towels. The room was nice just incomplete utensils.

Good stay

I had a great stay at this hotel. The place looks very new and everything was working perfectly during my stay. The room has a kitchen with a microwave, which is very useful for longer stays. I think it would be even better if they added some basic kitchen supplies like plates and cutlery. The air conditioning was excellent, the room was clean, and very comfortable. The location is also very good — about 5 minutes walk to the beach and around 15 minutes walk to DECC metro station and City Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great with good options. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast needs more options. As for the cleaning it is mentioned it is done on a daily basis but we had to request that several times per day so that someone could come and do a very basic cleaning. Only during our fist day they came alone after that it was a tough experience to let them come again. Maybe they were hoping for tips... Anyway usually I give tips by the end of the trip if I am satisfied which wasn't the case.

My boss attended and mentioned he got an upgrade. Near to amenities

I like the location cause it’s close to masjid and it’s very clean. They are trying thank you and see you next time.
