Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli Reviews

We stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

The location is superb. The entrance to SW metro station and the SW market are just opposite its front courtyard. I stayed at 3rd floor and my window facing north can view Doha skyline.

Checked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth. Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late. If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

It’s really a very good hotel. No matter the location or the room equipment. It’s just beside the metro line station- souq waqif. Very convenient. Easy access to the market for food and drinks. We arrived extremely early and found a change room to rest then visit the city directly before check in. Room is very spacious and well decorated. We were so lucky to be given free upgrade. Thanks for this. You can also have some free local milk tea at the lobby. Every hotel staff is very friendly.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my stay, I noticed that the room was not properly stocked. There were no towels in the bathroom, and there was not enough shampoo or shower gel provided. When we asked for shower towels, they provided us with small towels stating that they had no stock available. This made my stay uncomfortable, as these are basic amenities that guests should expect to have ready upon arrival. Also on the day of checkout we were called 10 minutes earlier prior to checkout time as a reminder to check out. In fact. we were quite surprised that this hotel is rated 5 stars, as the quality of service and facilities did not meet that standard. the overall experience felt below the level expected from a five-star property.

The room is very large, and the location is convenient and easy to find. The receptionist was polite when checking in, but unfortunately there were no fork appliances.

The location is very convenient. It's just a 3-minute walk from Waqif Market, which is perfect for grabbing breakfast and a milk tea there in the morning.

The location is excellent, and the front desk service was outstanding. However, the breakfast selection was very limited and lacked variety, which was disappointing. I hope they can improve this.

It's close to the Old Market, but the facilities are quite dated. The drain was clogged and water overflowed.

Excellent location, with the subway station just a 200-meter walk away and the market easily accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities aren't dated. For the price, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Terrible service I didn’t expect from this hôtel in Qatar. I believed that this country take care about their guests, but no. My flight from Miami was cancelled by Qatar airlines, couse the plane was Broken. But I already booked this hôtel for night, I couldnt come. I asked to return 121$ for that couse of this not my fault. But hôtel Said no and asked if I could change date. I Said - ok - change it for later. But when I Come to Qatar, hotel stoped answer any requests like it never promises me this changes in my booking. Liers! How do They think I feel after 16 hours flight with no place to go? ???

The hotel is alright. It's conveniently located near the old town, and the beach isn't far either.
