The hotel was great with excellent service. I was there for 2 nights. The request was to have 2 separate beds but I received 1 queen bed… Amenities were good. But the food were mostly indian choices for the dinner buffet. Needs to improve the buffet choices for the offered free breakfast and dinner.

I got a free upgrade which was very nice. Curtesy bus from and to airport very easy to use. Room spacious and good AC. Nice front desk staff. All for AU$99

Very close to the airport, with a shuttle service that takes only 15 minutes. The transportation is convenient, the hotel rooms are clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. Great value for money.

The hotel is too far from the airport and too much traffic certain times of day. If you on a tight schedule pick a hotel closer. The shuttle services offer only on the hour every hour and takes around 25 minutes if no traffic longer if traffic to get to airport from hotel. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was fine but the time and distance from airport is not ideal.

I stayed here for a few days while changing apartments and the staff understandably assumed I was only here for a short stopover. I left an item of clothing behind and whether they threw it away or it was stolen by staff, I do not know, but they were so unprofessional and unhelpful when I rang to ask them about it. It was definitely left in that hotel yet they were insisting they had no record of it after I checked out. The housekeeping manager also never bothered to call me back and every time I rang, I was put through to unprofessional people. Would not recommend this stay to be honest. I’ve been in Doha for more than 4 years and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at here, in terms of staff.
