I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery. Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped. A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago. Keep up the good work. We booked last-minute for an unexpected layover in Doha (so we had no expectations and needed a place close to the airport), in the end we were pleasantly surprised: nice hotel with kind staff, quite close to the airport (10 min drive with free shuttle bus) and easy to get to the city-center by taxi.

Receptionist is helpful and friendly. One feedback is the hair dryer, would be better to have on/off button. Otherwise it's challenging for people with smaller hands.

The hotel airport pick up service is on schedule first is 6:30am and second is 9:30am, I arrived in between and was told by the hotel to take taxi to the hotel, hence the pick up service is very minimal.

Booked this hotel for a layover, just hoping for something cheap and clean. It turned out to be surprisingly good. Early check-in was offered for an extra 100 RMB, but I opted to wait in the lobby instead (it was quiet and tucked away from the front desk). Before long, the front desk assigned me a room, free of charge.

Very good service, very good location. Room was so clean and staffs were very helpful. Some amenities aren't provided by default, but you can get them to request to the reception.

Good location to stay before travelling/arriving at the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle bus as well.

Attentive service. Airport shuttle was punctual, efficient and comfortable. On a very quiet street. Restaurant food was ok, generous portions.

Excellent place to stay for a long layover because they have airport shuttle bus and the rates are reasonable.
