It was the best staying in whole trip to Middle East. Everyone from the staff was so helpful, kind, and polite. I wish I asked for their names personally, but actually everyone was great. The cookies are the best :) the cleanness, the noise isolation, the location. This hotel is perfect

If I could put a higher score, I would. The service staff (desk, room service, etc) is top notch. Location is good, walking distance to a metro station.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed — especially with the *freshly baked welcome cookie* (so good!) 🍪✨ But what really impressed me was their helpfulness — when I had an issue with cash for the taxi, the *front desk staff kindly helped to settle the charges first* without hesitation. Truly above-and-beyond service! 💯🙏 Thank you for the warm hospitality and genuine care. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

The service was good, and breakfast offered a wide variety. Early check-in was quite expensive, almost costing as much as booking a full additional night, so it might be more worthwhile to just book an extra night. The location is also good, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
