Golden Ocean Hotel

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The room was not hygienic, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The towels were old, worn out, and did not appear clean. After using them, I developed a skin allergy. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room with a strong cigarette smell. The odor was overwhelming and made me feel suffocated throughout my stay. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful when I raised my concerns. Overall, the hotel did not provide the quality or service I expected, and it was not worth the money I paid. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would appreciate a refund if possible. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Before i loss my charge also from here i phone orginal no one responsible for that

Great location. Very friendly Front of house staff. We checked in during a 14 hour layover. Such an affordable stay and we even received a free upgrade to a unit with TWO rooms!

The staff are friendly but the room is not good a little bit outdated and they lacked basic necessities..the room is a little creepy.
