The hotel itself isn’t that bad, but I don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. The good things about it are that the rooms are big and spacious , there’s even a couch in the room. Plenty of mirrors, the shower is larger with good pressure. Location is also very convenient, close to basically everything especially the airport. I personally didn’t book with breakfast because I was worried it was gonna be limited and I was right, they could improve on that considering it’s 35 riyals. Moreover the carpet is old and dirty, I saw a lot of comments complaining about it and I’m surprised that they aren’t doing anything about it , very weird. The personnel isn’t really friendly or helpful. They don’t help guests with their bags, or even greet the guests, shocking , only one guy at the reception was friendly , the rest no. They could also improve on cleaning , stayed in the hotel 5 nights it was cleaned only once.

I booked a room and immediately I realised it was a mistake not even up to 10min . I told them to modify my booking till the next day , they said they can’t. They are thieves. It is very bad. Because it wasn’t even up to a hour. What’s there in modifying when it is not as if I want to get my money back

The worst hotel i have used uptil now, whole night i have complain for wifi issue they always say we are sending someone, but the didnt send, one time he send the guys he tried but issue didnt resolves. Not recommended, worst services

The hotel is a good location if you want to be near the airport, and souk waqif. The hotel is dated and the carpets are old thus you can see stains, worn out patches. The check in process was slow. However tue hotel does make up for this with the amenities provided, there was a travel adaptor dental kit and tea an coffee.
