Flies in the restaurant, and the sheets were so old and threadbare that I didn't even notice them until the morning because they were tucked into the mattress. Who would have thought that a renowned brand like Hyatt would use such worn-out linens for their guests? I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes! Hyatt hotels in Hawaii, Cancun, and Seoul all left me with wonderful, unforgettable impressions. Seeing the high rating on Ctrip, I booked this hotel without hesitation (I stayed at four hotels in Doha over four nights, including luxury brands like Raffles and Fairmont, as well as regular five-star properties. While all hotels had various issues to some extent, I generally overlooked minor flaws and gave five-star ratings to the first three. This was my last night in Doha). Waking up in the morning and seeing these sheets was a shock, so I took photos! But the worst part wasn't just the sheets. Downstairs, inside the hotel, there was a bar-like restaurant (Qatar doesn't sell alcohol) with deafening disco music playing from around 7 or 8 PM until 2:01 AM! I called three times asking if they could turn down the volume, especially around 1 AM when I looked out the window and saw there were no guests left, just a young man in a white short-sleeved shirt who seemed to be a staff member. Yet, after several calls (Ctrip customer service also called them two or three times), the bass-heavy music only got louder. I'm not feeling well; my heart was racing, my head hurt, and even earplugs were useless. I couldn't get any sleep! There was no apology when I checked out, just a brief "sorry" from a dark-skinned woman at the front desk. I've traveled to fifty countries, stayed in desert tents in Africa, hundred-yuan guesthouses in remote parts of my own country, and even the eight-star Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation, and it left me feeling incredibly upset. The hotel does offer a free airport shuttle, and the driver was excellent, helping all guests with their luggage and being very punctual; I thanked him many times. In the afternoon, before 5 PM, when I went to McDonald's, a young woman at the front desk enthusiastically gave me directions and even wrote down the name of a nearby supermarket. When I checked in, I specifically asked another woman at the front desk for a quiet room because I have trouble sleeping. But why didn't you tell me, miss, that we have disco music blasting until 2 AM right below my room?!

Transit at Doha and decided to stay in Hyatt Regency because they provided shuttle bus to airport! Very decent location, walking distance from metro station and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the shower water pressure. It was truly relaxing after a long haul flight. Highly recommended!

Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit. The desert scenery is beautiful, and the hotel itself is lovely. They even have a tennis court if you want to play! The environment is clean, the service is good, and breakfast was delicious.

We thought the hotel is 5 stars rated services, there was some dust in the room flooring, also the towels are not really cleaned well. We were not even welcoming on arrival by any drinks or coffee.

This was my first business trip to Qatar, and I only stayed for a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, the bedding was top-notch, and the internet speed was very good. The breakfast was also fantastic and very varied. The only minor downside was that toothpaste wasn't provided, but fortunately, I always carry my own. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it's also conveniently close to the airport.

A beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated. Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement.

Really nice hotel. Having stayed in the Grand Hyatt last time, I would say this is a better hotel. Great breakfast with fresh Watermelon and Carrot juice.

Exceptional staff, breakfast was wonderful, rooms are clean, pool was fantastic. Only downside was that gym and spa area does not allow children under 16, rules are rules but I thought it would have been nice to know beforehand.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a very pleasant environment. Its convenient location means it's only about a 15-minute drive to the airport, making it ideal for business travelers and those on a layover. The rooms are quite spacious and spotlessly clean.
