The hotel was terrific, the people very kind, and the facilities were fabulous for resting and enjoying the beach. Further, as a plus, they have a Scuba Diving Club, which I could arrange for three days of diving from the hotel.
We are looking forward to coming back.

From the moment we arrived concierge was harassing us to upgrade for an extra fee which we were already paying premium since we were already apart of the perfered club membership. Then a few days later they tried charging me an extra $700 for my son who is 3 yrs. They stated that there was a mixup with his age and he has to pay. I tried to explain to them that i booked the trip with ******* and that was an issue they have to sort with them, and that im not paying anymore than i have too since that was not my mistake. I spoke to ******* and they explained to me that i shouldn't pay them and i shouldn't have to worry about that charge. however, they still kept harassing me to the point where i told them that i was going to demand a refund for my remaining time left. Then the manager stated that there was no need for that and that the problem is resolved. When we first arrive we noticed our room wasn't the cleanest. We found roaches in our room which was disgusting. We brought it to the attention to the concierge and they stated that they fumigated but we still found some a few days later. This is not a 4 star hotel. STAY AWAY!

ID like to say that from the minute I walked in to the minute our transport arrived, I felt really welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond for my husband and I. The bar man, Reynaldo went above and beyond for the wedding party when serving drinks but also for finding anything we needed. The hotel was really clean & if they didn’t have something we wanted, they improvised and got us something better. The service, staff & entertainment was absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to come back with more family & friends.

Good property, relax and easy. Only thing that we didn’t enjoy is the push for sales from the get go. We were woken up on our second day multiple times by phone to go to a sales pitch. Not great if you are trying to relax.
Overall, good place to relax, they treated us pretty good. Good drinks if you are on the preferred side.
