Royal Quang Binh Hotel Reviews

I stayed 1 night at the Royal Quang Binh Hotel. The highlight is its great location, in the center of the city, which is convenient. And you can have a panoramic view of the whole city from the top floor. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool is nice, but it is quite small and mainly suitable for children Room cleanliness and amenities were only average and could use some improvement.

Worth staying. A pleasant experience. The hotel is spacious and has parking. Will come back if there's an opportunity. Breakfast is generally varied.

The hotel is easy to go by car

We do love the hotel. We like the cleanest of this hotel. The staff were very kind. The buffet is just unbelievable. Some staffs can speak English

Ok for me, very central

The staff's service was average, neither good nor bad. Breakfast wasn't particularly tasty; I ate something unremarkable. The labels on the shampoo and body wash were faded and difficult to read. The hotel is far from the restaurant district. The hotel's Wi-Fi was reliable, and the room cleaning was excellent. The bed and towels were clean and nice. One room had a surprisingly large amount of space, which made it feel spacious. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient.

During my recent trip to Quang Binh, I had the opportunity to stay at Royal Quang Binh Hotel and was really satisfied with the experience here. Location: The hotel is located in the center of Dong Hoi city, very convenient for traveling to famous places such as Nhat Le beach, Ho Chi Minh Square or Dong Hoi market. It only takes about 5 minutes by taxi from the hotel to the beach, extremely convenient. Rooms: Rooms at Royal Quang Binh are very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Modern furniture, comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the city are very beautiful. In particular, the rooms are soundproofed so I had a very quiet sleep. Service: The staff here are extremely friendly, enthusiastically supporting guests at all times. From check-in to check-out, everything is quick and professional. I was also supported to book a tour to visit Phong Nha cave at the hotel, very convenient. Utilities: The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa services. In the morning, the buffet is quite rich with many attractive local dishes such as banh bot loc, chao canh, and other European and Asian dishes. Price: Compared to the quality of service and convenient location, the room rates at Royal Quang Binh are very reasonable. This is an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers.

Great hotel but it's getting a little worse. Swimming pool and gym closed, we weren't aware of this when booking and it wasn't mentioned at checkin. Breakfast ok, nothing extraordinary.

Mình book phòng 3 giường cho gia đình 4 ng ( 2NL+ 1 TE 7t và 1b 3t) . Phòng rộng , tuy nhiên còn nguyên 1 túi rác trong sọt mà nv ko dọn . Nhà vs ko có hút mùi . Tầng mình ở t8, ôi cách âm siêu kém , phòng khác mở cửa ko đóng , kêu tít tít ko khác chuông báo thức mà phòng mình đóng cửa rồi vẫn nghe thấy. Phòng 2 mặt kính , tối ngủ gió rít vào cửa như gió bão rít cả 2vc đều ko ngủ đc . Bù lại ăn sáng nhiều món , sạch sẽ . Nv nhiệt tình

Vị trí đẹp,trung tâm,phòng ốc rộng,sạch sẽ.Ăn sáng hơi kém nên ăn đa dạng hơn và thay đổi món

This hotel is far away from international standards and a 4 star category. Dirty and old rooms, missing housekeeping and only an Asian breakfast in lower quality. The swimming pool was closed, also there's no restaurant or bar and no gym. Some information are a fake in the promotion and nearly a scam, because the hotel knows the truth. Never again. For the price per night, there's many other hotels with higher standards and friendly, professional staff...

The hotel isn't worthy of a four-star rating; the breakfast is mediocre at best and not international. The staff is very unfriendly and barely speaks English. The rooms aren't particularly comfortable either. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
