"Room was beautiful. View was awesome. DO NOT GET LAUNDRY DONE IN HOTEL.. I should have known better and checked prices first. A few T-Shirts and other items not more than 1kg cost us 615000 DONG. More than the taxi 1 hr taxi ride from Phong Nha and about the same as another night accommodation. (Per item charge) Also breakfast goes till 9am only. 5 minutes to 9am and had one of the staff come over and remind us that they will shut in 5 minutes while we are in the middle of eating. Breakfast selection very ordinary for such a nice hotel. Otherwise no complaints."
